This is so far the most unprofessional medical office I have ever been to. I found out I was pregnant the week before Christmas so I immediately called the office to go and have some blood work since I used the home pregnancy tests. (Just wanted to confirm) They told me I didn't need an appt, just to go as a walk in. So I did... Once I got to the office, the nurse said she couldn't do it because I needed to have a lab request. I explained to her I had previously called and told her the conversation I had with the receptionist. After explaining myself several times, she agreed to do the blood work

Totally unethical and incompetent. It is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone for any reason. You will need to follow up with them over and over again to accomplish the simplest things like refilling a prescription. They will bill your insurance in sketchy ways without a proper explanation. Never actually spoke to the actual doctor in over a year as a patient here. I've filed a complaint with the California Department of Consumer Affairs and I suggest that anyone else who has similar issues does the same thing - you can do it online.

Made an appointment for a physical a month in advance. Get to the appointment and was only seen by a student and was there for over 2 1/2 HOURS !! They kept saying the doctor was on the way but after 2 1/2 hours of waiting, we couldn’t wait any longer and shouldn’t have to. Then the receptionist tells us that he can reschedule us for end of June .. another 2 months!! Or they can put us for Monday but no idea how long we will have to wait that day!! Why do they make appointments and make you wait almost 3 hours to see a doctor??? Ridiculous!!

I'm a current patient looking to switch asap. This is an awful practice. Poorly managed by Zamorano, with a ragtag team of brash and unprofessional clock punchers. I scheduled my first visit with the DO but showed up to my appointment (and waited close to TWO hours) to be seen by his nurse practitioner. Their method of referring you to specialists is bizarre and involves writing a referral on a prescription pad (like an Rx you would bring to a pharmacy). They claim they are too busy to follow up on labs and force you to call them, but are always out to lunch/on break or just too caught up with

Excellent Doctor. He's willing to go the extra mile to find the solution to ones problem. I have been with this practice since I moved here in 2015. They have become an extended family away from home. l suffer from depression and on bad days I can always get help from them not many places are available on the spur of the minute. I would recommend this office to everyone. They go that extra mile for their patients.

I have been with WFH for seven years. During that time I was diagnosed with breast cancer stage III. If it had not been for Dr. Z‘s wisdom and discernment with a suspicious mammogram and recommending A biopsy, I don’t know if I would be alive today. Bianca, Yvonne, Lily, and the rest of the staff work very hard and are very busy, but always make me feel like I am a priority. Dr. Zamorano is a true blessing to the medical community and the community he serves.

This was my first visit. Prior to the visit, I was prompted to confirm the appointment three times, once over the phone, then over email and again over text message. I also exchanged emails with a representative to confirm that the Nurse Practitioner would be comfortable assessing some of my concerns, since the doctor wouldn't be available. I was in front of the office door at exactly 2:10 PM. My appointment was made for 2 PM. No one answered the door when I knocked. Some patients eventually left and I was able to get in while the door was open. By that time it was 2:12--2:13. There was no one

Worse customer service I have ever had.
Does not try to work with you and your insurance at all.
I literally just got my vaccinations approved without a hassle through another doctor.
Tried to get the same ones for my wife with this office and they at first even refused to send in the insurance request for it.
I finally convinced them to send in a request and they did a BS job and it just got rejected. They told me to deal with the insurance myself.
I had no problems with the exact same vaccines with another office a few months prior.
I also had a referral to go see a specialist and called

Dr.Z is the best by far. He is one of those doctor's to go the extra mile. If he gets stumped by something which very rarely would happen he keeps asking and digging up information until he knows how to fix the issue. I personally can't say enough about this doctor and Luise the Physician Assistant . Dr. Z and his practice will always have a special place in my heart for their endless devotion to their patients and medicine.

Above and beyond my expectations. My mother recently switched GP because her previous doctor simply wasn't able to provide the level of health care she needed. A close and dear friend referred my Mother to Dr. Antonio Zamorano and she is extremely happy and relieved knowing she is in good hands. Dr. Zamorano exceeds anyone's expectations. He genuinely cares about his patients and this is why many go to him and don't mind waiting to see him. He could have choosen and more lucrative medical specialty, but instead chose what is close to his heart "his community" which is in desperate need of more
