I absolutely love this office! My daughter had a severe allergic reaction to deodorant and they got her in promptly. They treated her with such kindness. She was completely afraid before going in and left taken care of and Happy. The staff I must say was AMAZING! We will definitely be back for any derm needs. I highly recommend this office!

Highly recommend looking elsewhere. The office staff is rude and repeatedly show a lack of any regard for customers/patients.
Writing after my experience as New patient turned never-to-return patient. Scheduled an appt for my wife for the offices “Botox Blast” which was communicated to me as running in November. At the time of scheduling it was clear that I️ was interested in this event pricing and scheduled in November accordingly. There was no mention of any other stipulation whatsoever. Appt on 11/4… the office charges full price for the botox and says “Botox Blast” starts 11/17

When we were on my husband's excellent insurance, the care for my 2yr old with severe allergies and eczema by Dr. Clay was excellent. Now that my husband has passed during this nightmare pandemic and we have insurance through the state of Michigan, my son can no longer be a client. I called to make him an appointment today and to let them know our health insurance has changed, the receptionist was cordial until I said that my son's insurance was BCBS Connect. Her demeanor completely changed and she curtly informed me that they do not accept the insurance and went to hang up. I called out to her

I drive all the way from Canton, MI to see Dr. Clay. She is an amazing dermatologist! She has always been patient with me, especially when I was nervous about a procedure. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend Dr. Clay and her staff is amazing as well. Very professional and friendly office staff!!
