Services
Body Sculpting is a procedure or a combination of procedures designed to change the shape or "sculpt" the body. These procedures are typically performed in the surgery center by Dr. Patrick Swier. Most frequently, the procedures used for Body Sculpting are a combination of liposuction in various places along with excisions of skin that is not expected to contract back.
The Swier Clinic offers quick, less invasive ways to temporarily improve your appearance with the use of Botox(R) Cosmetic and Juvederm(R) XC. Botox(R)Cosmetic - injections can improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows and crows feet around the eyes. Learn more about Botox(R)Cosmetic here.
Scars are visible signs that remain after a wound has healed. They are unavoidable and their development can be unpredictable. Poor healing and genetics may contribute to scars that are raised or recessed or different in color and texture resulting in scars that are particularly noticeable due to size, shape and location.
The Swier Clinic treats a large number of patients with skin cancer, particularly in areas which are difficult to reconstruct like the face. The excision and reconstruction of skin cancer and the resulting skin defects on the face requires a special skill. As a plastic surgeon, do you not only have to make sure the cancer has been completely removed, the reconstruction should cause the least amount of scarring and deformity.
The preparation before surgery depends on whether you have something done under local anesthesia in the office or something under general anesthesia in the operating room. However, some preparations are the same. In general your procedure will result in less bleeding, if blood thinners are stopped a week prior to surgery.

They are so awesome! I had a double mastectomy for cancer and needed reconstruction... They are so caring, thoughtful, understanding, and kind... From stay to the doctor! Compassionate... I feel so lucky and blessed to have them on MY side!

Please understand and believe me when I say I have NEVER been to a more professional doctor. Dr. Swier did my breast augmentation and did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, I developed cellulitis in my left breast (this has nothing to do with the performance of the doctor, this is just a rare infection occurred on my own accord). Dr. Swier went above and beyond to ensure I was okay. He checked on me daily, his staff checked on me, he ensured I had proper treatment and care and advocated for me to recieve the best treatment while at Beebe. He took time out of his extremely busy day to come to the hospital

Dr. Swier is the worst plastic surgeon. Go to him if you want to but you will definitely be disappointed. His work is very lack luster and God forbid you have a complication he will brush you off and ignore you. He did a breast reduction for me and one nipple is higher than the other. I would not recommend this quack doctor to anybody so save your money.
