The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requires all motor carriers to update their information every two years as part of the Unified Registration System (URS). Under the URS, motor carriers are required to provide an update even if the motor carrier's information has not changed, has ceased its interstate operations since its last update, or is no longer in business and did not notify the FMCSA.

Non-trucking liability (Bobtail) and Collision & Comprehensive - All losses are to be reported immediately to National Claims Services, Inc. (After a report has been made to your lessee if you are reporting a Non-trucking liability claim). The lessee or claimant may call them to report a loss but you must still contact the company as they require a loss to be reported directly by you.
