Clean & Neat Mobile Auto Detailing

I recently had my 2014 Corvette detailed with Clean and Neat. They did a fantastic job on the car. My Corvette Stingray is black so I was a little worried about how it would come out since black cars are notoriously difficult to maintain. Fernando and his team assured me it would come out great and recommend that I do a ceramic coating on the car to protect the paint and reduce how often I do maintenance washes! WOW My car not only looks amazing but the ceramic coat is truly worth the money. All I have to do now is a hand wash and wipe it down with some spray wax and it looks like I have a brand

This was a truck that I had just bought . The previous owner was a smoker and it was a work truck. I told them all I wanted was a Basic clean detail ..nothing fancy. I wasn't asking to take stains out of the seats Just clean the dirt, the cigarettes out and I wasn't expecting much. Not even expecting them to get the smell out! The pictures say it all. EVERYONE HAD AN EXCUSE !!

Absolutely would recommend Clean & Neat Auto Detailing to our friends and family. They were extremely quick to respond to our request and helped us figure out what type of cleaning was best for our cleaning goal & budget. We chose interior only on both our vehicles and added pet hair removal on one due to years of dog hair buildup.

Thank 4-stars after the owner made it right. I ordered the #2 Complete Detail ($280) for one of our Range Rovers, but what I got was a $20 job. It was horrendous. I reached out to the owner and he was professional, apologetic and scheduled a re-wash for the following day. The tech showed up on time and did an amazing job! He exceeded my expectations. After running our own small business for 25 years I know things like this can happen- making it right is what counts. We will definitely use them again.

Awful. These guys came out, left the car smelly and oily spray all over the windows. They also sprayed the lcd screen with oily armor all type junk that youre supposed to put spray on plastics, not on screens

Co tacted them to come out, they could care less. They also left dirty rags and buffers on my driveway, which is sloppy.

I had to pay to have my windshields clean after a detail. Imagine that.

I had a frustrating experience with Clean & Neat. I booked their level 3 mobile detail (highest one they offer, $379). My appointment was at 12, I got a call saying the tech would be 30 min late, which I completely understand can happen with a later appt. Tech didn't show up till 12:50.

I had the car pulled in the driveway since it comes with a hand wash of exterior. He said he would pull it into garage to detail it after exterior was done. I looked out 5 -10 min later and he had already pulled it into the garage and the driveway was dry which means he never hand washed the car.

Wish I had a before and after picture, but trust me when I say my interior needed cleaning (specifically my seats) they needed it.

Called, they got back to me very quick, and the guy was honest telling me that depending on the severity of the seat stain and how long ago it was, it might not come up all the way. Appreciated the honesty, booked interior, and Alfredo came as a one man show.

Guy was awesome, got it spotless, and totally went above and beyond to make my car look spotless. They came to my address, which made it more convenient for me. Would highly recommend if you're in the Tempe

I definitely recommend! Very professional, easy to contact and respond quickly over the phone. I was able to get my car interior cleaned ASAP. I had gotten stuck in sand, and sand was everywhere, even jamming the buttons on my door! They were very quick, not a grain of sand in sight, plus they were able to go inside the door to fix my door buttons. Very happy with their service :)

I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again. Clear pricing and details on the website, the company contacted me to confirm the time zone my cleaner would arrive in an hour before and to let me know they were a little behind. The detailer invited me to check out all the details before he finished, which made me feel confident he would fix anything if I asked.

Super quick response time and appointment set up! I was impressed with the cleaning my son threw up and they were able to almost get the full scent out, it's still lingering but hopefully airing it out will get rid of the smell completely. Super convenient they come to you and do the work right in the front of your home! I APPRECIATE THAT PART SOOOOO MUCH! All in all such a great and easy experience!

Amazing interior detail in my car as always! They removed super tough to remove stains and left my car looking new once again!

I purchased the Level 2 plan.Two young men arrived on time.One worked in the inside of the car and one on the outside .When finished, the outside was good but the interior was so-so.The back window wasn't clean, windshield was filmy and the back seat not vacuumed.

I booked an appointment for 7am to have them come out to my house and detail my car. Sure enough there was a scheduling conflict and I got the short end of the stick. Timing couldn't have been worse as I was on my way to meet a new client to list their home in McCormick Ranch around 12pm the same day. You guys really put me in a tough position today. Not pleased one bit with these guys.

Fernando and his guy arrived on time and was very professional. I bought the 250 deal on yelp for 150. I felt they still gave my suv the 150 treatment (UPDATE... they gave me the $50 treatment) The glove compartment, the console, and the cup holder were not cleaned. The headliner still had spots so i know that wasn't spot cleaned either. My mats could have been cleaner but they were super dirty to begin with. The vents and knobs still had dust. I'm giving them three stars because they were on time and did the job. My suv is clean and shiny even though they weren't thorough.

Gotta give it to them I've never seen my car look this clean since I bought it from the dealership!!!!
