We had some water damages on our dated hardwood floors with deep scratches from pets from the previous owners. Darin was highly recommended by my wife's co-worker and we found out why. Darin did immaculate job. Floors were sanded, patched, and sealed and sanded more and finished with commercial grade finish. The floors looked brand new. My friends who are in construction and remodeling business and who knew about my old floors, complimented and admired Darin's workmanship. He was very knowledgeable and professional. It was a pleasant experience working with him.

Darin did a great job on our floors. It took an extremely long time FOR GOOD REASON: He thoroughly explained some of the problems I was experiencing getting the wood for the floor repairs to acclimate to my house. I ended up getting my crawlspace patched up to prevent some moisture transfer and Darin only started the job when he was SURE it was ready and would cause no problems later down the road. I was very grateful for his knowledge, experience, and expertise to do the job right the first time and explaining the process and challenges to me along the way. Earlier this year, we had just added on an upstairs bonus room and wanted to continue the hardwood floors throughout the rest of the upstairs, into the carpeted bedrooms. We had no idea the adventure we were about to embark on. Due to a lot of cut corners by the home builder 20+ years ago, there were a lot of uphill battles and challenges that had to be overcome. Between the two bedrooms, there were about 8,000 pounds of gypsum concrete that the builder

So first off their customer service experience is absolutely amazing! Very kind and understanding and are very knowledgeable of the products they use. The owner, Darin Grimes, appears to be knowledgeable about flooring. However, he expects you to be available at a moment's notice in order to do your work. I had a large flooring job and I couldn't get him to give me any kind of time frame for when he would finish. Finally when I tried to get him to commit to a schedule he canceled the contract, leaving me with a bunch of plywood upstairs that he bought but didn't install.
