Over the course of 7 years, I had numerous policies with Tosa Insurance with premiums in excess of $7k per year (auto, home, multiple rental properties, umbrella, etc). In general, Erie Insurance was fine, however, Tosa Insurance was highly unpleasant to deal with. Since there are many other purveyors of Erie Insurance, I would recommend you look elsewhere.

I called for an auto quote, after paying a grotesque amount by my previous provider for several years. I worked with Toni Mueller, who gave me a fantastic number compared to what I was paying. She was extremely responsive via phone and email, and sent me an estimate on my homeowners insurance, by using public information, so I didn't have to look for any documents, or send any additional info. They literally mapped everything out for me, and made it very understandable. I have recommended them and will continue to! Thanks!
