Merlin Packaging Technologies Inc., was created to provide the professional packaging solutions for all adhesive user industries, where employee health and safety, economics of application, consistent quality control and courteous responsive customer service are day to day realities, not goals to be reached.
Merlin Packaging Technologies custom packaging expertise ranges from filling simple jars, bottles and cans to more sophisticated two-component systems such as dual component cartridges and collapsible tubes. We can also package elaborate three component systems, pre-mixed/frozen, highly reactive curable adhesives and sealants that are shipped frozen in dry ice.
Adhesives are usually a one or two part material. Adhesives come from different sources either natural or synthetic. Today, adhesives are extremely strong and are increasingly important in modern construction and industry. The types of materials that can be bonded using adhesives are virtually limitless, but they are especially useful for bonding thin materials.
Merlin Packaging Technologies will help our clients develop field or after-market kit for custom packaging. These kits can include cartridges, cans, syringes, bottles, tubes and dispensing and handling accessories. We can include the following in cardboard boxes, polyethylene sealed bags or zipper-style bags.
Answer: Normal lead time is 10 days or less from time of material received in our facility. For special delivery options, Merlin can expedite overnight or same day delivery if applicable. Answer: Every order is individually quoted depending on packaging type, volume, material handling, and value added services.

Worked there for a while and suddenly I was told to stop coming in even for no reason at all even though they are always understaffed and struggling to finish the orders.
Another thing is their health and safety its terrible always fire hazards with boxes blocking exits, no health and safety officer, cables hanging down in multiple places and just a mess in general.
