They had my tax return information for two weeks and didn’t even let me know how much it was going to cost to do my return. I called after one week and they told me they would let me know that day, but when I got to two weeks I just stop by and grabbed my stuff. The receptionist is super nice, but awful customer service, if you are that busy that you can’t even let me know the cost after two weeks, then just tell me that upfront! Now I have to start over somewhere else.

One Accountant in particular, Joe Turnes, was very helpful in our financial predicaments. He communicated well with us and had all the answers to our questions. Unfortunately, he turned out to be a University of Michigan fan! Go Green!
