In 1990 Spartan Stamp & Sign was located in a small house on St Andrews street. Our main products then were Rubber stamps and engraved signs. By 1995 we had moved to a larger location at West Main street and added a screen printing press and a vinyl plotter. One of our first Point of Purchase kits was a set of 3 banners for the Quincy's family steakhouse chain.
