This Pharmacy has gone above and beyond great service for their Customers, my Mom comes from out of town for lengthy visits, and they have treated her so well when things have not been timely from an office out of State. I just moved to Castle Rock roughly 2 months ago. I took in bottles of prescriptions from another pharmacy in Oregon with Oregon insurance. They quickly transferred and filled my prescriptions with my new Washington insurance seamlessly. They are always friendly and very helpful. I am very happy with this pharmacy and will continue to have all of my prescriptions sent and filled here at Castle Rock Pharmacy.

In past years insurance mandates made it so I had to use Walmart, RiteAide and other "big box" pharmacies. Well as it turns out eventually I was able to use Castle Rock Pharmacy. What a blessing. The other big box pharmacies could sure take a lesson from the Castle Rock Pharmacy staff when it comes to customer service and real person to person interactions. These are the nicest most compassionate people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I won't ever go to another pharmacy even if it meant having to pay a higher price, which I don't have to by the way. The absolute best!

The staff here are so wonderfully nice and polite! They know me by a first-name basis and always seem happy to see me whenever I come in. Sometimes I don't even have to wait on them to get my medication ready, I just walk in and they already know what I need and have it on standby to hand to me. I've never been to a pharmacy as awesome as this one and I plan on staying as a loyal customer here for a long time to come

Yet another poorly educated business, shocking since it’s a pharmacy. Clerk wasn’t wearing a mask and when asked why, her response was to smile. Will be reporting this business and employee. So many elderly customers are affected by this one persons decision to be selfish. *This happened today 7/20/20, for owners reference.

Not a mask in sight. Not on employees, including pharmacists, and not on the customers despite a clear mandate. I get that it’s become political, but when I’m picking up a prescription for my dad who has cancer and is immuno-compromised, I really don’t care how much you hate the governor. Stop being small minded and selfish.
