Hidden Meadow Memory Care is a locally operated memory care home in Columbia Falls, Montana. Specializing in care for those with Alzheimer's and other related dementia's. Our main facility offers a loving homelike environment, with state of the art care. We also offer Assisted Living options in our second smaller on-site facility.
Our staff here at Hidden Meadows knows that when someone is suffering with the progressive stages of memory loss, they will need continued support and assistance. We also understand that each case is uniquely different and deserves the utmost attention and care. We offer the care and attention needed to help with this process in each unique case.

Hidden Meadow Memory Care is more than just a home for aging seniors. Our 32 bed facility is designed to provide 24-hour care to those with Alzheimer's and other related dementia's. We have the safety and well-being in mind for each person in our home. Our deliberate approach to programs and activities are designed to increase cognitive stimulation.

LOVING, CARING, KIND, THOUGHTFUL, FAMILY…these words come to mind when I think of Hidden Meadow Memory Care and the compassion these folks give to the residence. It’s clear that they love what they do because it shows in their actions. The love and care they give to each resident goes above and beyond, they genuinely care for them and get to know each one personally. My mom was there just a short time before passing and they took such good care of her, I live out of state and always knew what was happening with mom. Where do I start,
My mother was at hidden meadow Memory care since November of last year. My mothers journey was not the best journey to close out her life until she arrived at Hidden Meadows. Even though her stay was brief the staff all loved her and took care of her as she was there own family. They all referred to her as mom.
I recently went up to Columbia Falls to visit the facility, unfortunately I did not make it up there in time to see her before her passing. When I showed up and introduced myself the staff on duty treated me as if she was still there receiving care with an overwhelming

The staff in the facility are truly amazing! Not to often do you walk into a facility and actually feel the love that these staff have for these residents. I witnessed patients, endearment, and professionalism.
It was a difficult decision to place mother in a facility. We searched many facilities but found none that didnt feel like just another facility..cold and institutional. When we toured we were over joyed with the active staff involvement and activities offered, along with snacks and beverages readily available in the spacious activities room. These people are wonderful 10/10 would recommend

The one thing I don't see here is testimonial from a client or client's family. So here's one.
My mother had dementia. We we spent a long time looking for a home that would be able to care for her in a way we knew she would want to be cared for and that we felt comfortable with. Other "homes" in the area were very nice, some were not, but I had a really good feeling when we drove up to Hidden Meadow.
At the time Hidden Meadow had the original owners. They treated mom and us just like we were part of the family. When the original owners made the decision to retire an sell, they made sure the organization
