Approximately 80-90% of people across the U.S. endure occasional or frequent tension headaches - so you are not alone. In fact, headaches are the third most commonly reported source of pain across the world. While physical therapy isn't normally someone's first thought when they have a headache, it can really help.
According to the American Physical Therapy Association, the most commonly reported pain across the nation is actually back pain. One out of every four Americans has had some form of back pain in the past three months. Even though back pain and sciatica have noticeable differences, they are often confused with each other.
At least once in our lives, most of us will deal with shoulder pain. Shoulder pain can show up at the most inopportune times, such as when you're reaching toward the top shelf in the store to grab an item, or when you're struggling to find a comfortable position to sleep in without feeling a dull aching pain in your shoulder and neck.

Matt and Stefan are the best! I enjoy coming in to get my leg better and better each time. Bailey is always very helpful when it comes to scheduling. Sarah is always making sure I get those squats in! These guys are the best in the world! I would recommend sending anybody who needs physical therapy here, very top notch people and place!
