I have been a customer for over 23 years. Prices increased customer service decreased. I contacted customer service twice via chat. I keep being promised I'm going to get an email regarding an update on my order. I love the product. I do get enough advertisement emails to fill a spam bucket. Come on Cindy you can do better. I met you in Green Valley in the spa. You're a lovely woman and entrepreneur and I respect you greatly. Withthout the customer service many lose out on a great product.

Waste of $ Tiny little bottles of stuff you can't even read where it goes or for what, (and I got the large sizes!) The Capsules are so small it takes 3 at a time to cover your face, neck and décolletage. You can get way better products at your local drug store or high end Department store. Spend less money and get way better results.

They let you assume you get this box of high end products once for $53.
After several month of getting billed $53 I noticed they were billing me $53 each and every month. They won't stop billing you. By the way the products are awful.....they just sit on the top of your skin and do nothing. The make up soap doesn't even wash off you lipstick or eyebrow pencil. I called my credit company and disputed the bill. I called Meaningful Beauty and there was a fast talker on the other end who in effect

I can not unsubscibe. I have tried twice and even called customer service. They fill up my email ALL DAY LONG. This is harassment and I wish they would stop. I might also mention I never authorized them to send me junk mail. I have never ordered any of Cindy Crawford's products and certainly wouldn't now.

Should be zero stars!! Auto billed for product I did not recieve and cancelled recurring order. Refund was to be processed in 3-5 days to new bank account. One month later CS cannot verify if refund was sent to old account or sent by check but ask me to "rest assure" that i would get it in 5-6 weeks. When I asked to speak to billing was told it was a higher department with no direct phone line and she had to send them an email but she would mark it urgent and they SHOULD email me within 48 hours. Let me get this correct...Billing can slide into my account to take money but can't process a refund

Cindy Crawford should be ashamed of her Association with a Company that is so devoid of respect for their Customer. Beware! Odds of you getting ripped off are pretty high. I ordered a Gift Subscription for my Wife last Month (August 2017) and, while the Product was OK, not great, we decided to cancel. The phone cancellation process (can't do online) was time-consuming, disrespectful and overall extremely Bad. It will now take us over 2 months to get $144 back for an Order that we had cancelled well

My skin just kind of went backwards after using it continuously. It looked great initially, but then went the opposite direction. I don't know if it's because the cleaner doesn't clean enough and maybe eventually my pores started getting clogged with dirt, or what. Don't purchas meaningful products. The are a ripe off. I called to cancel my order in August 2017 but the representative didn't cancel my account. Eventhough in the system they can see I called. They continued to bill my account after reviewing my last bank statement I am still being billed. You can't emil the email address doesn't work. A representative called me today on 020317 to tell me I couldn't get a full refund thanks for nothing meaningful beauty. Because I have to give them a rating I give the a negative one.

OK I want to start by saying that you MUST read the terms and conditions of the offer, or listen closely to what they are saying to you if you place the order on the phone! This is an AUTO ship program. However, if you call and cancel after you receive your first order, you will not be billed anything further and nothing else will come in the mail. (Unless you ordered the 60 day supply then you will owe them one more payment for the shipment you received) I work in CS for a living so this was not an issue for me. Utterly impossible to get your money back if you decide it does not work for you. Will never purchase anything from Gunthie Renker, again. I have called several times and they are very manipulative with the words they choose. Be certain your "membership" is cancelled before returning the product. Be certain you do not use their prepaid envelope which convienently can not be tracked by the USPS. I agree that I was naive but am utterly shocked that such a major company can get by with this kind of customer service. In addition, the product is greasy and clogged my pores.

Don't order anything from this company. I ordered their introductory kit for 49.95 to try out the products. 2 months later, I received another kit that I didn't order. After reviewing the "fine print" on the invoice that came with the first kit, I found out that unless you contact them, they will automatically send a kit every 3 months. They never tell you the kit will cost $150. The fine print states that the kit is the "same low price of 49.95 per month". If you are not paying attention, you think the kit will cost 49.95.
