Dr. Sals received his B.A. in History at Wheaton College in 2008, and his Medical Doctorate in Chicago at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in 2015. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Memorial Hospital in South Bend in 2018.

With six locations and a full scope of family medicine and obstetric services, SICHC has been an integral part of Southern Indiana for more than 43 years.
If you are insured, SICHC will bill your insurance company for services and provide you with a billing statement for any fees or deductibles not covered by your insurance plan. Patients who are uninsured are asked to pay for services at the time of their visit. If you need help setting up a payment plan, please make arrangements in advance with our billing department.
Our team goes above and beyond to meet the special needs of our community. With four service locations in Orange and Crawford counties, SICHC manages more than 38,000 office visits each year. Our goal is to serve as medical home at every stage of life, offering a full spectrum of integrated health care from prenatal and delivery, right on through pediatrics, adult, and senior care.
