Brought in a new headlight set for them to install in my civic. They did it quickly and also replaced a burned out lightbulb. My bill was much less than originally quoted because they reduced the labor charge to what they charge for smaller jobs. They also brought out the burned out lightbulb so I could see it and confirm. I asked if they could also re-torque my new tires (bought from another company), and they did so without hesitation. Very good, friendly customer service and the courtesy shuttle was super helpful. Brandon is the s**t!!!! I always ask for him by name. Its not that i dont trust his fellow coworkers, its just that i have so much trust and confidence in his ability and willingness to to take care. Today he went above and beyond to get me rollin safely down the road as he always does. The staff there are always very courteous. I've been a customer of bemidji tires plus for over 10 years and can't see myself going to any other shop as long as Brandon is there looking out for me. I had brought my truck in yesterday an hour before they closed so they said it'd be fixed by tomorrow and they did an amazing job they figured out what was wrong with it and it's like driving a new truck I'm very happy with my experience here especially after everybody I knew told me not to come here they were wrong definitely come here and get your car looked at if you need help with it!
