Miguel and Ethan came out to help us unload our storage pods. They did a great job, were very careful with our belongings and our new place, and were conscientious about making sure everything ended up in the right place! Redefyne was also helpful, confirming our move via email and text and calling directly when unexpected snow might have caused some delays. Overall I highly recommend and would use them again!

I had an overall excellent experience relocating from Portland to Seattle with Redefyne Moving. A huge plus was that they are based in the Portland area and able to do an interstate move. I was almost shocked at how affordable their estimate was compared with other companies I called, and the actual when it was all said and done was only slightly over, and less overage than I expected. The estimate and booking process was very easy and I was contacted by the move coordinator prior to the day of the move. Wow, TOP NOTCH experience from Redefyne. Miguel and his crew were professional, friendly, and really cared about their work. We had a doozy of a project with a tight basement stairwell on the move out and a monster set of stairs on our front yard moving in. Not to mention a few bed frames with a million pieces to reassemble! They were able to solve every problem and they were all such a treat to work with I would recommend with 5 stars to any friend! Hardest working and friendliest crew around.

Corry and Brendan did my move and they were great! Super quick and efficient. They handled all the stairs like Champs and didn't complain once. Very communicative and reliable. Redefyne was by far the best choice I could have made. Not super spendy, but definitely worth the money.

I have referred several clients to Redefyne and used them myself for my recent move. They have a great booking system that sends you all the details of your move and reminds you about your move in the days leading up to it. The crew was professional, courteous and even helped disassemble our daughters crib for us. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because they had a scheduling issue the day of so our crew was short handed for a good chunk of the day, and they ended up not being able to fit a car load of stuff so we had to go back and pick it up. They did credit me back a bit on our overall

This is my second time using Redefyne. Moving is hard but they make it way easier. They are always responsive, reliable and very good at what they do. Their moving crews are polite and professional. Just flat out awesome. They are very careful with your belongings and protecting both the home and furniture from damage. The office management is top notch. I hope I never have to move again but if I do they will be at the top of the list.

I cannot say enough great things about Redefyne Moving! I bought a historic Portland landmark to turn into my office. Not only did they have to carry beautifully hand crafted antique furniture while navigating… multiple narrow flights of stairs of this 1892 Victorian mansion, they did it with a great sense of humor and an extreme attention to detail. They were also super fast and showed up exactly when they said they would. They’re the best!

Redefyne was referred to me by my realtor and I'm so glad I followed his advice. I had to use them twice: once for clearing out my home to sell and storing most of my belongings, and again yesterday for moving everything to a new home. Both times I was very impressed with the skills and professionalism-yet-fun all of the workers demonstrated. Jordan was the lead on my first leg and Miguel was the lead yesterday for the big move and they both, with the assistance of the other fantastic guys, pulled off really smooth moves that helped keep my stress level as low as possible. Moving is NOT a fun event

This company was great - even during this record breaking heat wave. We did have a couple hiccups but overall the company made it right and I was extremely satisfied with the understanding and resolution that was offered.
Moving is hard and stressful - lots of companies have mixed reviews, but let me tell you these guys are great!

This team was unbelievable. They picked up our three bedroom house is Sisters and moved it to Vancouver. The team was on time and were blazing fast and efficient. They wrapped everything, and I mean everything! All of the guys were very friendly and businesslike at the same time. They hardly took any breaks at all, even though it was a whopping… 95 degrees for the move. The delivery and unloading was a breeze. Nothing was damaged. They were so careful with the walls and staircase that there was no marks anywhere. Some of my furniture was crazy heavy and they got it upstairs like it was nothing

This crew was amazing. I had a very challenging rural driveway and two spiral staircases and no complaints whatsoever. They maneuvered the driveway and little creek bridge like pros.
They also bid the job as taking two days but were done by 4:30 on day 1. They were so helpful and with amazing attitudes.
I 100% recommended these movers!

Ron and Devon were excellent! They had great customer service and handled my move with care. My only recommendation is that the company have a back up for 3 person moves if one mover doesn't show up. My move was supposed to be 3 people and it took 10 hours as a result. A back up or on call structure seems like the right thing to do.

They can improve by sticking with the quote they give their customers, hire more experienced movers and inform the customers of all expenses that are entailed within that quote.
It went great until my bill ended being 100$ more than the quote I was given. I specifically asked for any hidden charges and wasn’t informed that I would have to pay for a… mattress covering (plastic) and have to pay extra for the tape to wrap my furniture. What should have been a two hour move turned into a three hour move. And to add further insult to injury I wasn’t able to move my washer and dryer
