Shaun was super helpful, arrived on time and made an otherwise stressful process easy. We definitely got our money’s with out of his services, he set up our system and made sure it was working. When it didn’t initially work he stayed and continued to work until it was up and running seamlessly.

Very pleased with the Customer Service as well as the job done by Ayvan IT Services. I had a serious WIFI issue at my residence which they assisted with. I was "shopping around" but after receiving an initial consultation with them, I not only saved time, but was ensured that their recommendation would solve my WIFI issues. Our company lost our previous IT company due to high increase in monthly fees and we searched for a new IT person thinking it would be hard to find anyone close to our previous IT Guy. We were wrong! Sean came to our office the same day we called to do a quick evaluation and share his prices. Not only did we find him to be extremely professional, we also feel he has the best prices on the market. My laptop installed some Windows 10 Update and entered into a restart loop where it tried to perform automatic repairs, but it failed every time. I wanted the laptop up and running asap as my kids use the same laptop for their online studies because of COVID-19. I called Ayvant IT Services and was immediately connected with a technician who not only helped me reinstall the operating system but also recovered my files and applications. I run my hosting company here in Temecula and i lost 3 web servers to a ransomware attack. I tried to recover the data from the windows backup i had but it failed on every attempt.
