Sheldon assisted me upon arrival in purchasing a kids trek bike. He was very informative and even offered to look over the bike and make sure everything was ready to go and even brought it out to my vehicle. Great service. Went in yesterday afternoon shopping for a good bike. Found the Trek Verve 2 I had been looking at online. Cory was really good at helping me. And in a very short amount of time I had my bike. Cory got some accessories installed and also he and the other guys got my new carrier installed on the car. I went riding today for the first time in years. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Trek Spring hill!!

Brought in and older Stumpjumper Expert to get a new chain and perhaps a cassette. First thing tech says, this bike is "ancient" then looks at suspension and says it's shot and not worth to put money in, recommended a new bike. He said the rear shock leaked and there was oil on the frame from it. (I saw no oil and he didn't use his finger or anything to show such oil), he never tried to adjust either shock or to check air. Took to another LBS and found nothing wrong with either shock, they were both under inflated, I had lost my shock pump 2-3 years ago and never checked

All the staff I've encountered so far have been knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, and helpful. I truly enjoy interacting with an experienced staff who are also obviously cycling enthusiasts. I have been cycling most of my adult life. But, riding my Trek Madone for just a few years now. It was/is/remains, my dream bike, it fits me perfectly, a true climbing machine, and it is precious to me.
At 65 years old, riding it literally keeps me young. The staff at Trek Spring Hill get all of that. I take no hesitation in bringing my Madone to them for repair and maintenance.

I took my Trek to this shop twice. Once for a tune up and the other for tire replacement. The staff there is great to work with. They are honest, quick and pricing is very reasonable. If you have questions about really anything bike-related, either call them or stop in. They will take the time to help.

The team at the Trek store in Spring Hill far exceeded our expectations. From our first phone call to the store, to walking out the door with my new Trek, they acted as a team to make sure I was informed and satisfied with my purchase. They were willing to think outside the box to make sure my bike fit and would be exactly what I needed it to be. We had been to three other bicycle stores shopping all over our area of the State of Florida, and the Spring Hill Trek store was professional, courteous, personable, and helpful, and the other stores were not any of those things.

Bad Customer Service, we called to reserve 2 Bicycles, went to pick them up and they had already sold it, we drove all the way from Tampa and they were so rude. They didn't even say sorry or feel bad about they're mistake of selling both bikes they told us they had reserved. We will never go back here.

I ordered a bike from the stores website and then ordered accessories for the bike from Trek website and had them shipped to the store so they could mount them when I picked the bike up. I called to arrange a time to pick the bike up and I was advised that the bike was actually a back order for another customer and they would have to cancel my order. I asked about the accessories I had ordered and they said they hadn't seen that order, but that it was ok if they shipped to the store as they weren't sure if the customer who had ordered the bike was actually going to take it and there was

It was my first time in the store, and I was provided awesome service. I brought my bike in to ask a few questions and they not only helped me, but they took the extra time to show me a few things I should be considering. Let me start by saying I was looking for a quality used bike on a budget. I wasn't looking for a retail store bike, I wanted something I could have for a while. I walked into the Black Bear bicycle store, and was greeted quickly! I asked a few questions and was directed to the consignment bikes, and found exactly what I wanted! We worked on the price so the bike was in my budget, I also bought a pair of reasonably priced aluminum pedals, since I'm not a big fan of plastic. The whole transaction took maybe 30 minutes and that included him changing the pedals for me. The service I received
