My mom was forced to purchase a vehicle in early 2021, she drove this for approximately 9 months but wasn’t happy with it. Fast forward to a few weeks ago when she began looking for an AWD sedan. Sewell and his crew are phenomenal, he took in our 3 trades for 2 incredible vehicles, we have only had troubles with one of them but it was minor and he has done everything possible to solve the issue. Overall the buying experience was out of this world and he went out of his way to teach us a thing or two as well. Good luck getting service after the sale. I bought a 2017 Audi A5 convertible in May. When I test drove the Audi I noticed a small rectangular part under the headlight popped out of place. I was told by Kandi that they would order a new part. Fast forward a month later and I was having my car serviced at Burdick Audi in Syracuse. The windshield washer fluid was leaking and when the service tech was investigating the leak he noticed that the part I spoke about earlier was glued back into place. This part was supposed to be movable because underneath it holds the spray for the headlights. Come to
