If you are being evaluated for an insurance covered procedure please bring your photo ID and insurance card to your visit. Check with your insurance carrier for any applicable co-payments required. Co-payments are due at the time of the appointment. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice.

Ricki is amazing. I’m so happy with my results. I went to her because I had some filler done several years ago (at another place) that never fully dissolved and my upper lip was overfilled, causing an unnatural look with undesired creases around the upper lip. Ricki worked her magic and was able to dissolve the parts that were causing those side creases and helped me achieve a more natural look. I feel (and look) so much better now that all that extra filler is gone. I will definitely continue to go to her because I know she’s going to take great care of my skin and I could tell she is an expert

Chose this surgeon for a medically necessary breast reduction. Overwhelming signs and symptoms indicating infection immediately post op. Stated my concerns of infection on Day 3 and Day 10 post op. The physician assistant didn't seem to believe me but blamed me with her statements made in front of me to the nurse. Didn't swab wound for a culture which I expected but prescribed another antibiotic to "err on the side of caution" which was useless and ineffective for the THREE aerobic gram negative bacteria that I did in fact have resulting in flesh eating cellulitis and a hole

I had the MiraDry procedure done with Ricki Thompson and her AMAZING crew. Every single person treated me with so much kindness, attention and were knowledgeable. I have experienced profuse sweating all my life and tried everything there is out there to try to only find out I had either wasted my money since the products and “tricks” didn’t work or… I ended up causing my skin to have rashes and scars due to the harsh products I have tried. I used to sweat in any type of clothing, during any season of the year and in any temperature. It has been the most embarrassing thing

This review is for the skin spa, where I go for all my aesthetic needs. I am a regular client of Laura Holden NP. Let me say she is amazing! Laura has been an aesthetician for several years now, so she is very knowledgeable on skin products and techniques. She believes that less is more, so if you want the natural look you should definitely see her! She is not just trying to push products for profit, and truly wants what's best for you. I get so many compliments all the time! People say "you look younger", or "you look great", all the time!

Absolutely unprofessional and untrained front desk stuff. Messed up my appointment date, didn't even apologized about it, and said that they can't do anything to get me in as soon as they can at the time that fits me. I also talked to the manager and she didn't seemed very interested in fixing it properly for me as well.
I worked in the medical spa before and can say that if any of my receptionists would be dealing with clients the way I was treated, they'd be looking for new job.
