Based in Snook, TX, Texas Country Catering was established in 2009 by Robert and Pat Collins. We are proud to be family owned and operated. Pat is the mastermind in the kitchen, with Robert handling any grilling or frying. Along with the help of our children over the years, our business has continued to grow and so has our love for serving our customers in Bryan, College Station, and Brenham, TX!
All entrees include your choice of 2 sides and include paper goods, Sliced Bread or Hot Rolls, and Iced Tea. Choice of two meats; Brisket, Pork Butt, Chicken, Smoked Sausage We seasoned and cooked for hours over live coals for a deep smoky avor and sliced thin. Ground Angus Beef wrapped with Hickory Smoked Bacon, Seasoned and grilled over on open mesquite ame.

Used them to cater my wedding reception and I am so glad I did!! They have such a large variety of food options and will let you come in for a tasting of whatever dishes you are interested in. They have the most delicious mashed potatoes I have ever eaten in my life. We chose the roast beef, king ranch chicken casserole, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, and added salad. We received a plethora of compliments on the food from our guests. They provide all the eating utensils & cups and service staff unless they're otherwise not needed. Very reasonable pricing too!! They had the lowest prices of

I catered a small group of 12 & it was SO easy. They delivered & were flexible when I asked them to come later. Everything was included- ever ice tea & bag of ice cubes. I asked for Italian. They had a lasagna meal including 1 gluten free - which I am. Everyone loved the rolls (of course I didn't eat them, being GF). Price was amazing: &10 pp.
