Seriously this was the greatest week of quarantine!! We had THE BEST water slide, my kids had a blast, they were so professional and set up our slide with a contact-less, safe delivery! We will definitely be booking again this summer and highly recommend their products and services! We loved every hour of water slide fun!!

Used Penguins up for an ABBA themed birthday party and their DJ bounce house was a huge hit!!! I got another bouncy for smaller kids as well. We had some hos to jump through (no pun intended) with the City of Carlsbad as far as permitting and insurance but Tim was very responsive and worked with the city to make sure our event was a success. Set up and break down were a breeze and they even refunded the charge or the generators that I didn't end up using.
Will definitely use Penguins Up again.

This is the most reasonably priced Party rentals company! I was planning an event and spoke to Tim, Great rates! The Jumpers were delivered on time and set up immediately. The kids loved the bouncers and jumped till the end of the evening:)
We got 2 combo jumpers and some tables and chairs with concession machines. The kids absolutely loved the hot dog's machine and cotton candy machine. Everything was perfect! The driver promptly picked up everything on time as scheduled as well. I totally recommend Penguinsup rentals. THANK YOU Tim!

I hired PinguinsUp for my daughter's birthday party few weeks ago and the experience was excellent!!!
First. They showed up on time. In fact 15 minutes earlier. Second. Bounce House was brand new. Super clean and even my wife decided not to clean the interior of the jumper with Windex like she usually does.
Third. The lady on the phone and gentlemen who helped her to set up the tent were nice, smiley and their attire was proper. After the day of abuse the bounce house was removed from our back yard in 15 minutes and the payment was made with credit card. Nice, simple and efficient process. I

They set it up quick, the service was great and the price is unbeatable. also we made order for Surprise-Balloon(150pcs).The guests were surprised by this huge balloon. Rented the tropical bounce house from PenguinsUp for my friend's daughter's Hawaiian themed birthday bash and everything worked out great! The price and service (and safety precautions) were fantastic- do your research and you'll see that their prices are lower than every other inflatables party rental place. Also, we were able to enjoy the bounce house for 2 full days (they dropped it off the day before). I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had new water slide and the obstacle course set up for our relay for life event. I can't tell you how great these guys are! They were on time (early even) and set up everything, and came back to tear it down for us. The kids had a absolute blast on the water slide. I highly recommend PenguinsUp. I will for sure be back and doing buisness with them again. Very good customer service. You won't be disappointed!
