When my dishwasher and stove broke this past week for different reasons, Belcross Properties handled the situations so quickly and professionally. Both David and Rhonda reached out to coordinate and check on the maintenance results, and I felt taken care of and I am so relieved. Everything was fixed as if new. I am really happy living here in my apartment and I appreciate the quality service of the company.

When it came time to get my deposit back, I did everything to make sure we got it all. I hired a professional bathroom cleaning company, and I paid $600 to have the carpets steam cleaned. The carpets weren’t bad as we vacuumed twice a week BUT it was in the contract that we had to steam clean. Belcross ignored that I did that even though I sent them my invoice for it. So, they paid for someone else to do it and took it out of my deposit. Also, the house was not clean when we moved in. I did a lot of cleaning myself and hired professionals. They kept $1000 out of my deposit and it felt very much

We worked with Ronnie at BelCross Properties to sell our home. Ronnie was incredibly wonderful to work with! He is exceedingly warm, friendly, and honest. He worked very hard to move everything along smoothly and quickly, and called with updates often so we could always know what was going on. (We were amazed at just how quickly everything could move along!) He was very thorough going through all information with us, from recommended updates to the home prior to putting it on the market, to all the details of offers, to the closing process itself.
