Tim was great! Extremely helpful and patient with me and my million questions via text. I really made him work for it but he was great. Fantastic experience with him. Everyone else I encountered was very friendly. I got the impression things were a little unorganized when the deal was finalized after I signed for everything, but that could have been situational and it would not deter me from doing business at this location again.

I bought new Cooper tires for my truck. I called a couple days ahead of time to order the tires and they said they would be there to get installed on Friday. I show up Friday at 8am (my appointment) and they didn't have the tires. They called around and located the tires but now my truck had to stay there all day waiting for the tires to get delivered. They did a great job installing the tires but when I picked up my truck the tires are supposed to be to 36 psi and I had 2 tires at 41 psi, 1 tire at 35 psi and 1 tire at 38 psi. I had my husband adjust the tire pressure and now the tires are to

I have a 2018 f150 with 131k miles. My truck is my office, and I travel a lot. I had no idea what was wrong with my truck when it had this awful loud rubbing noise coming from under the front.
