I've been a member at Quiky's Car awash for over a year now, and can thankfully say I haven't experienced some of the bad reviews on here... I will review the Atascadero one as well but this one is my favorite. I have always had a positive time here at this car wash with the attendants offering me dash wipes and dog treats when they notice my dog is with me; I even had one lady who helped me manually close my other side mirror which I appreciated! This is easily the only one I like coming too now. I always get someone scrubbing my front windshield, sometimes back so I wish that was

I had tried to cancel my membership after having issues with strange and inconvenient hours (being closed early without posting online, etc.) When I came in and asked to cancel my membership and receive a refund, I was given the run-around and told that it would be “pro-rated” even though I haven’t been able to use my membership due to the weird hours. When my membership was not canceled and I still hadn’t received a refund (almost 2 weeks later) I came back and was told that I would not be receiving a refund. This is completely unacceptable and I honestly can’t believe the lack of professionalism

Been here for years I might cancel my membership. They close extremely early. Not cool. Also there prices keep raising. So you close early and you charge more and more. Ya this isnt going to last. If I drive from AG to see you have closed early one more time, we are done here. I'll get my car washed somewhere else.

I have been a member for four years and have really enjoyed the car wash. Over the past year they have closed one or both of the San Luis locations, sometimes without notice, and sometimes for as long as a week at a time. Often they are closed on the weekend. This creates a situation where the waits are very long and the entrance is crowded. I would not recommend buying a membership. If you want to get your car washed, pay for each time. It's so hard now to get your car washed, for most people it doesn't make sense to purchase a membership.

I normally prefer the Broad St. location - the waiting area before and after the kiosk is cramped, but they make do with what they have.
I particularly want to leave this 5* review for my kiosk attendant - he noticed that I had some caked-on bugs on my front bumper and scrubbed them off for me (for the cost of a wipe). Great service, great professionalism - thanks!

Quick and easy place to go for car wash, the membership programs have increased in price for the unlimited washes so I had to take a star off for that and another reason I'll list below. $30/mo for the top tier was a good value. $36 is pushing it, especially given all the other subscriptions people are using. That being said I do like this place, I recommend it to anyone who is trying to get a quick wash, it will give you good results. It won't be perfect though, sometimes I've noticed it won't apply the tire shine, I'm not sure if they were out at the time but having that top tier planning and

I've been a customer for a few years now and it still baffles me how long it takes to get service at the front. Even if it's just a dash wipe. If you have a credit card issue it's even worse. It's not the attendant's fault because they're clearly trying to do two jobs at once, which is pre-spraying the cars through the tunnel. But when they're in the tunnel they can't see if there's a car waiting at the gate. They really should have a minimum of two attendants on staff at all times. Plus their prices are being raised, and they give a list of reasons

Buyer beware! I have contacted this car wash company multiple times via phone, email and text to cancel my monthly membership and they will NOT cancel my account. It's been six months! I'm not sure what else to do beyond closing my bank account, just so they will stop charging me!!! Outrageous!

I was hoping to buy a monthly membership for our car, but the woman could not provide specific information on an option to upgrade. They charged my card for both a monthly rate, and a one time wash. Then she told me there were no cards for the monthly rate, and they would need to look me up every time I go in. I requested my receipt, at this point I had already been in the line over 30 min. Once I saw the double charge, I just requested they cancel the whole thing. It took her another 15-20 on the phone, asking someone how to cancel and refund me! We were literally trapped

I paid for an upgraded wash as I had some bird droppings on my car and wanted to be sure the car got well washed. The attendant with the soapy brush only brushed the windows not the bird poo. When I got home the car didn't even look clean. Very streaky and dirty. I emailed and sent msg via Instagram with no response. Based on this customer-no-service won't be back.

New to town. Literally minutes after I purchased the membership, I was sent through the tunnel. Bam. The car in front was off the track. My car is in neutral and my foot is off the break as you are instructed. There is literally nothing I could do! Very scary experience. The attendants never apologized or offered to help. They said that I had to work things out with the other driver. What?! I have emailed the company, but I've yet to hear back from them. What a lousy experience. Where are their safety measures? Reading through the reviews, I see this has happened before with no accountability

I Don't usually have issues, but I pay for a membership on my own car and I currently have a rental car from enterprise, so a wash membership is paid for by me and by enterprise yet you suddenly
Don't want to wash their customers vehicle. That's fine I'll just let enterprise know their car won't be washed anymore and I'll cancel my own membership.

I like the monthly membership. I take my car to be washed 1-2 times a week at a low monthly cost. Being a member, there is no waiting in line to pay. Just drive-thru!
Usually I drive home on the freeway to Pismo and my car is dry when I arrive home.
Sometimes I drive thru and park to dry off the excess water so I can then vacuum!
It is hassle free and very quick.

It is a super simple and efficient process. The signs are super helpful and will guide you where to enter/which lane to use. I opted for the "Looking Good" car wash, which was the most simple one. I believe it was only $8.99! I used the Yelp check-in offer (works Feb 2021) and my total was only $6.99. What a deal! Also, I believe there is also a student discount, but I'm not sure how that works. I do believe you

Update. Very surprised that the new policy is that they no longer can give you change for cash. I do understand for coins but for bills as well.
If only have cash or expecting to use cash I would skip this chain.
Additionally, the attendant and the facilitator that brings in the cars was a little rude and not very welcoming.
Most likely I will find an alternate way to clean my car. This may be a training and policy issue and for their future clients the management may want to address.

I went there to wash my car yesterday. I was in line behind two cars. There was an obvious sign which read, No masks, no service.
But ironically, the woman walking up to your window only had the mask over her mouth. I took a picture of the sign with her in the background. I think she saw me, because she continued to talk to the first two customers without a mask, but as soon as I pulled up, she put it over her nose. Then into the wash. I'm not sure if they just keep recycling the water, but I have never smelled anything so horrible in my life! My daughter an I both kept our masks on to go

Still loving the Quicky carwash. We have the multiple wash discount, which means we can slide in easily and zoom through. My husband does love a good carwash, and chose the Tidal Wave for the extra wax. I also like the disco lights that go on during the wash, adding that touch of nuttiness to the process. The cars do look beautiful when they are done, all shiny and new.

These guys were so nice. Very personable. And it seemed polke they were having an good time. Its nice when people aren't grumpy or miserable at their jobs :)
They had a 2 for $25 deal and they still let me use my yelp coupon. So... score.
And air fresheners are always nice. I like this place bc they have good free vacuums. Most places with free vacuums have no power. But these ones are great.

I've been a member for almost a year, signed up when it was $22.99 for the middle car wash unlimited. As of January 2019, price increased to $25 with no notification. I think they just updated the signs in the last month or so.
If you go to the car wash everyday or every few days it's worth it. The main issue that I've ran into is trying to figure out if they're open or not. One time I showed up in the morning and one of the employees was there but she couldn't open the car wash. I waited as another employee was coming who had keys. So I was the first car to go through
