Darrel Otto has completed multiple projects in our home over the course of the past 5 years. He installed 1,000 square feet of porcelain tile over the entire downstairs of our house and also remodeled our master bathroom. Darrel worked collaboratively with us to remodel our master bathroom, which was 100% custom with cabinetry, a floor to ceiling shower, heated tile flooring, and granite counter tops. He was extremely thorough, professional, timely, and the quality of his work was exceptional. I would highly recommend Creative Kitchens and Baths to anyone looking to remodel or customize any project

This was the first time we have hired a contractor and it was fantastic. Darrel's estimates for our master bath were spot-on, he was reliable, punctual, polite and neat. Darrel worked with my input on materials and design but added his own ideas and personal touches such a storage nook for all those bathroom supplies (all my friends want one now). When I picked unusually-sized tile that required matching the design around the shower Darrel didn't even groan he just said, "I look forward to the challenge!" I can't wait until our guest bath moves up on the to-do list so I can have Darrel return.

Was quoted 5 days of work for $2500. He said it should take him 4 days but he factored in one additional day for the unknown. While he was working I asked him to redo one section of the tiles in the bathroom which took an additional day. I understood the quote going to 3000 because of the extra request. Darrel Otto charged me $7000 for my bathroom and never finished the job! He broke the first tub that was shipped to my address then had me pay him for installing the second tub. I told him I was upset about paying him a second time. He said he would take care of the tub installation on his time
