There is so much guilt and shame and judgement around eating, no wonder many of us struggle with the simple act of nourishing our bodies! This is not how you should live your life! Trust me. I've been there, myself. I'm Jana Mowrer, a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist, and have helped numerous clients find happiness through eating without shame, making good, nourishing choices, and approaching food as a way to a healthier life.

And then judging yourself based on whether or not you were "good" or "bad" that day? I've been there, and have been judged by the worst critic - myself! I've felt the guilt and blame while criticizing my own body and felt trapped by my health habits.

Redirecting your eating habits into a healthier pattern is not a "one-time fix." My online nutritional coaching programs are designed to help you learn to make good food decisions for yourself no matter the circumstances and to guide you in building eating habits that will make you happier and healthier and support a positive body image.

My nutrition and wellness talks and presentations are ideal for organization and club meetings, conferences, retreats and any event where you are looking for nutrition speakers on topics that are important to your members and attendees. I present workshops for companies who want to provide nutritional education and counseling for their employees as part of their corporate wellness programs.
