If I could give zero stars, I would.
The incompetent employees at this sad excuse for a store lost 3 of my packages, incorrectly sorted my packages on multiple occasions, and gave packages to me that belonged to other people. They also tried to double bill me for a 3 month rental period and when I showed them the receipt that I had already paid in full, the manager admitted that the system had crashed recently, and they “lost some of their billing data.” The employees here also take absolutely ZERO accountability for their mistakes and try to pin their inadequacy on the customers.

If you get something notarized be careful- our document didn’t get dated correctly so the entire process had to be redone. Unfortunately for us this was a business license documents and we are now losing income. I’ve never had a notary make this mistake. We paid money to get it notarized and shipped for no reason.

Nice place, friendly people as far as my one time interaction. I was unaware and disappointed when I got a call after paying for a box that I couldn't use my birth certificate as a form of identification, can I get some wiggle room here, I've got a legit license and even more legit BC that I used it in the military and everywhere else, but here it's no good?...update 6/7 I was surprised when I called back to get a refund and it wasn't available, basically a "no" answer is what I got, but it worked out since my license had the hole punched it wasn't expired and they told me over the phone since

While doing my best to remain neutral and keeping bias low when making my voice public, I typically give places a fair rating of 'Average' (3-stars) since most places are fair and average; I do give higher or lower ratings depending on truly good or poor quality and/or service.
I was in this location earlier to get a one page black & white document printed.

This place is amazing! Greatest customer service. The young ladies are so helpful and patient and help me with all my needs. They have great gifts around the store . I bought some good jewelry here. They shipping services are great they always go above and beyond to help me get the lowest rates. This is a great place to come at. I highly recommend!!! :)

They wanted to charge me $21, for what cost me $8.90 at the post office. $2 for an envelope that ripped immediately, then they wanted $15 shipping plus $4 for signature service. The actual post office gave me a box for free and charged $8.90 for delivery plus $50 insurance coverage, although without signature service. I recommend using the real USPS, not Mailboxes & More on Saltzman Rd.

Although convenient, since we no longer have Bales, I was very disappointed in their pricing. I specifically asked what their markup is and Chris outright lied to me and told me that there is no mark up, the USPS sets their rates. I calculated the postage on the USPS website when I got home and it was $13 less than they charged me! I would expect to pay more for the convenience, but 35% over USPS rates is a bit extreme. I will not be back except to drop off my prepaid packages.

I brought in 3 rugs for shipping. None were a standard size for M&M's boxes. Staff worked very hard to cut down boxes for a custom fit. They were resolute in finding the least expensive option, to the point of calling me a few hours later to say I had been overcharged, and offered me a refund. Wonderful service!

Wanted to support a local business by taking my packages here and have been extremely disappointed since the new ownership. Prices seem absurdly high. The unfriendly woman at the counter selected a box much too big for the items I needed to ship, obviously in order to charge more. Literally threw my neatly wrapped niece's gifts into a huge box without any regard for organization, proper packaging, or protection. Charged me $49 to ship 2 small baby books, baby pjs, and a small stuffed animal. I am not a confrontational person so I just nearly choked, paid her, and left. Shipped the very same gifts

I recently found this place. Fast service I love it. I keep coming back because of the customer service. The Gal Jackie sure is helpful, friendly and courteous. most people that complain are just because they are mad and take it out on others. So I find the negative comments to be false. you want to ship you should expect that is not cheap because times have changed and so do prices. Support local business is right thing to do for me. thanks Jackie for always taking care of me.
