We are also happy to build from plans designed by your own architect. It is our goal to create a new home whose style, design and budget are a perfect fit for our customers.

Our company is unique in that we provide complete design services in-house. We use the latest CAD technology to design your new home or addition. We meet with our customers and discuss the many issues of designing and building a home. We cover topics such as plan ideas, building site, budget, likes and dislikes and how your lifestyle may impact the design.
Do you enjoy your current home or office, but wish that you could make some changes? Hoffman Built Inc. is uniquely qualified to help you make the most out of your current space. All of our designs are created in-house and will be tailored to your project. Our designs incorporate both interior and exterior details, and we can create a seamless addition to your current home, or provide a completely new look.
Hoffman Built can provide a no-cost Needs Assessment and suggest design solutions for aging-in-place livability. Our design and management staff has been working together for over 20 years implementing numerous renovations and upfits of various size and complexity. Many of our customers want to remain in their homes as long as possible, so we consider these issues when creating new home designs.
Karen and Randy Hoffman have been building and remodeling homes throughout the Triad area since 1980. From the beginning they have sought distinction in their work and specialized in quality custom and speculative homes with fine detailing. Both Karen and Randy are licensed general contractors. Randy oversees job costs, office management and project development.
Although new home construction is a large part of the business, Hoffman Built has also completed numerous remodel and renovation projects in both commercial and residential applications. Recent commercial projects include Global Textile Alliance in Reidsville (17,000 square feet), Dance South Performing Arts dance studio and Media Placement Services office retrofit in High Point.

Our house was built by this builder in 1997. Our house and the several homes in our development that have been built by Hoffman have had over 10 years of complaints. Shoddy workmanship. Bricks that fall from Chimneys and arches and a contractor that does not care. I'd search for someone who takes pride in their work.
