Escape Plumbing arrived when they said they would. Eric and his apprentis, Zander were professional and excellent in explaining: how the company works; how they could fix my plumbing challenges. They gave me choices and Eric is crystal clear on options; Eric's assessments weigh both the positive and the tough sides of each project. I never felt there was a chunk of information omitted. They were so tidy, fast and respectful. The encompassed work was repair a copper pipe, test the acidity of my water, take care of a water house filter and install an air conditioner filter. Eric also diagnosed issues

Super easy to work with and very reliable, they repaired a leaking rear exiting and pressure tank toilet and also found out the plumbing was not done correctly. For now we did the quick fix and stopped the leaking but will have them out again to correct the plumbing when the bathroom renovation occurs. High recommend and look forward to working with them again!

DIY project actually created a non emergency issue but as I was leaving on a trip the next day, I couldn't leave the tub we bathe our child in as inoperable. Called and got a message machine but on it it encouraged you to call the owners cell directly. I did and Eric was there later that afternoon. He was fast, knowledgeable and had fair prices. Was very thankful for his efforts as I was able to have it wrapped up same day!
