We had a garage door opener installed at my sisters for a gift. According to the owner the door needed to be realigned and we purchased the opener through him It was a very expensive garage door opener which has a power reserve in case of outages. We have had issues with the opener and have had them come out three additional times. The door will not open again. My sister called and was told he doesn't service the area anymore. So much for backing your work and the product that was recommended.
