We are very pleased with the exceptional way Ballenger Realty handled our house buying experience. Cheryl was not only very knowledgeable of the local market but more interested in listening to what we wanted in a home and then offering us many options to choose from. On Easter Sunday, I called Kim Carswell to let her know, I was interested in a home. She quickly went to the home taking numerous pictures and sending them to me as she explained each one. Although, she had an Easter Brunch to attend, she described what she saw and spoke to listing agent immediately. The offer to purchase was valid to public until the end of that day. She made it happen!!! Kim had been chasing homes for me in the Beaufort area for about a month, putting in backup offers and taking my family to see the homes due to me living out of state. This is the 6th home she has helped me purchase

Ballenger Realty employs Suzanne, who prides herself on her professionalism and extensive knowledge in real estate. How did she get this knowledge? Overreach. Illegal trespassing. Using the freedom of information act to stir up a mess that she has no business being involved in. She may be a professional, but only in creating drama. Ballenger, i would be ashamed to employ such a horrible human. To anyone who is considering using Ballenger, please do yourself a favor and reconsider.

Elizabeth DeLoach was my realtor...she was amazing! I live many states away and she helped me sell my house recently. I cannot say enough great things. She did everything; contacted companies and organized repairs, replaced appliances, painted the kitchen cabinets (yes, she really did it herself!), she even drove to Charleston to pick up materials at the last minute before the final inspection because the Beaufort store didn't have it. If you need a motivated agent, I suggest you contact Liz!
