Harley has and eletrical problem 9WILL NOT START OR RUN) Service dept after 15 mins of waiting said next thursday................REALLY NO REALLY, i have gone cross country 5 times, sturgis, daytona, Canada, mexico.........So what do I hold up in a Hotel for a week waiting on them...............NO we are transporting it 120 miles to Las Vegas Dealer................Nicer people, not rude, and will get on bike right a way...................

One of the best harley davidson dealerships I've had the pleasure to come across. My bike broke down and I was picked up in 30 mins and taken to the dealership and was fed and taken care of 100%. My bike had to stay at the shop due to parts not being in stock. I was then driven 30 to 45 minutes up the road by the service manager MIKE so that I could be picked up and taken home. I have been in there to get parts for my bike 5 times now, including today, and as is usually the case it is not in stock and must be ordered ( 7-10 days) from the warehouse. One time I did have them order a carb rebuild kit for my FXD, it arrived in a week but was a kit from China that later I found on Amazon for 20 when I paid 90 for the same Chinese junk. The reason I gave them more than one star is the staff has been friendly when I wash there. Same some money and get your Chinese carb kits on Amazon and you’ll get it the next day.

Dropped off my 03 Fatboy to get front shocks rebuilt, go thru all the steering components and replace rear shocks. Total came in under the estimate .
Just picked up the bike today, haven't had a chance to ride it yet. It felt good just riding up the ramp into the pickup. Will give a follow up after I ride.
Took the Fatboy out today Nov 03, and drove 52 miles. Leaning in corners and crankin' on the throttle. Everything is tight.

I met Mike the service manager and was impressed by his professional skills. With his guidance I have intrusted his department to investigate my 2018 Canam Defender with what appears to be a defective fuel pump. Hopefully I will get some feedback why my Defender with only 44 miles, yes, just 44 miles has a defective fuel pump. Thanks Mike!

I have been to and visited this Harley shop for the 8 years I've lived here. They have always treated my wife and I with the utmost respect. Ron is parts is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to print out and show you where your parts go (if you don't know where they go maybe you should visit the service department). We have purchased everything from motorcycles to clothing to trinkets and have always had a pleasurable experience. New in town and stopped to look for a bike for my 'better half'. Nice place, 'yuge' selection, but was more interested in finding something that wasn't too intimidating for a newbie female rider. So coulda done without the whole Harley 'macho' thang from the saleswoman, a bit on the 'snarky comments' side, with the typical HD mindset of 'Sportsters are a girl's bike', as she kept steering me to the 'Big Iron' instead. I bought my Harley Triglide brand new from Mother Road knowing I was willing to travel from Las Vegas to Kingman AZ for maintenance. I call to schedule a maintenance and was treated so rudely by John in service that I don't want to return. Now I have regrets buying my bike from them. So disappointing!

Rode in from out of state for an appointment. Met with the service manager and we went over the warranty work. They needed authorization from hd. Its been over a couple months now and never heard a word back. I guess they don't want my business or don't care. Seems typical of Harley Davidson dealerships ive been to. They will gladly take your money but after that you're kind of on your own. Sucks because i bought my first Harley from them too. I cant wait to be done with the brand entirely.

On 10/12/17, called service department to see about having a rear tire replaced on my 07 Fatboy . Was told to bring it in at 3:00 pm, and they would try to complete the job same day but no promises. Dropped bike off early, seeing they were very busy taking care of customers, I was not expecting to have service completed same day. By 4:30 they not only replaced tire, but also rear break pads, and delivered the bike. Josh the service writer was very professional and friendly not only to me, but to customers on the phone as well in shop. We are in the area for the winter months, and will use

Dropped off my 2007 street glide with a bad Voltage regulator, the service dept changed it and put a new one in total bill 337.39 Labor was 133.50 it is a 15 minute job they charged me 1.50 hours REALLY...................................Been riding Harleys since 1972 this is not my first rodeo.............

I have several Harleys and have spent hundreds of hours in dozens of dealerships and this one is the very best. I haven't even bought a motorcycle from them yet but I've been treated like royalty at every turn, not only by sales and general management but also by the service manager and parts manager. Their service is better than I've received even when buying exotic cars in Beverly Hills. I can't say enough nice things about this dealership. My first service was a free brake switch recall but next week they'll be replacing the centrally-lockable ignition switch on my 2011

Not even one star, on Saturday they said they had all the parts for a job, they said it would take 20min an hour at most. I had a hamburger at their once a month bar b q, someone came out to me and said, they were missing a missing a part. I asked for my bike back, they had torn it a part, said it would be ready Wed. I had to find a ride home. Missed a ride on Sunday and today Wed. Now they say it maybe ready Thursday. I can't trust them! And will not let them work on my bike again. They should not have torn my bike apart if the didn't have the part. They don't care about customers
