Spurry's Tire Service

I was in town today from the Western Shore with a screw in my tire. Four guys sitting around a table at Panera Bread all highly recommended you.
They were 100% correct. I have never had tire service in my 37 years of driving like the great service and kindness you provided today. I am profoundly appreciative.

The crew at Spurry's Tire has helped me out of a last minute jam a few times. They did all of the safety inspection and necessary repairs on my used vehicle purchase. They are always super friendly and accommodating in spite of being insanely busy every single time that I stop in.
Today I had an weird experience putting air in my tires and suddenly couldn't get one tire filled- the valve would only release air YIKES...I was super nervous about a flat driving to Spurry's BUT not only did they not laugh at me they just took care of it and sent me on my way. I ran over a screw while visiting from out of state. They got me in the same day and repaired my tire. I was worried the tire was too old, but they told me I had plenty of miles left on it and didn't try to upsell me. 100% honest people!
What impressed me the most was how friendly the front desk man was despite the dozens of phone calls and the line of people that never stopped. They've earned the right to be busy with how wonderful they run things. Thanks so much guys!

AMAZING. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I popped a tire and first called Progressive roadside service and after two and a half hours of waiting I gave up and called Spurry's. They had someone out there in less than 10 minutes and didn't just change my tire but mounted a new tire on my wheel and put that back on my car all under 30-40 minutes. Insane. Then they just trusted that I would go pay after (which I did of course). They really seemed to care that I was just taken care of instead of being money focused. Thank you!! I will always go here for my tire/auto needs.

Flat tire on the way to the beach. The staff fit us in on a busy day and we were on our way before you knew it! While waiting at least 4 staff members asked if we were being helped. They couldn’t have been nicer! Excellent service!!!

Needed an accessible valve option for my dualy rear tires on my sprinter van. They threw on some no twist cap valves and told me which air tool I needed to fill them up. Didn't charge me either. They always do good work and provide friendly service. Thanks Spurry.

Unbelievable customer service. Brent jr. was super knowledgeable and helped me decide on the best tires to get. Even knowing I was going to have to order through another company online because the type and size I was looking for was really hard to come by during these times, He took time out of his busy day to give his honest opinion and did research with me in his office to figure out the best option. After I decided and ordered my tires I had them mounted and installed there. The whole crew was awesome, friendly and had me out of there under an hour. I couldn't have asked for a better experience

First rule of customer service: counter before phones. Don't walk away from a customer standing at your counter and leave them waiting while you answer the phone and talk at length with someone else who's not physically there to ask for your services.

Second rule of customer service: listen to all of the customer's needs (not just the first one they mention in the 5 seconds you gave them to tell you why they came in) before you cut them off and walk away. Even if you're busy and dealing with multiple demands at once.

Very knowledgeable, had many tires in stock, did not have to wait long. Good prices. Courteous. Very glad I stopped by!

Excellent service and communication. My tire blew out and I had to leave my car here overnight. They were able to squeeze me in and replace both of my front tires by mid-morning the next day. Highly recommend

There was no miscommunication
I said I wanted to take the car elsewhere for tires, which lead to the whole conversation that I had 30 days and couldn't put more then 1,000 miles on the car before I brought it back to finalize the inspection. That sounds pretty damn clear to me!

Fact is your company did work that I did not want done and charged me extra money that I don't really have to spend. News flash, a lot of people live paycheck to paycheck and that extra money that means nothing to you hurts my household!

Friendly honest and fair prices. I live near Baltimore but work in Easton. Would rather take my car here than anywhere near home. I trust them.

I cannot say enough about Brent Spurry Sr and his tire company. Everyone who works there is Super helpful. Always take car of me when I go. I arrived a little after 7 this morning with a sensor light on. My tire pressure. Brent Sr took my car in right away. Rotated my tires and plugged my tire. I was on my way in less than a half hour at work on time.

The best service. I was listening to the tech who was on the phone and you could tell the customer was upset. He replied "I'm sorry about what happened but we will do whatever it takes to make it right."

I was more than impressed. They fixed my tire sensor when the dealership wanted 3 times that amount to program the tire pressure sensor.


Done in under 20 minutes.

Great job. Honest people. Took me 15 minutes and $25 to repair my $700 tire. These guys did not attempt to sell me a new tire as others have done when I had similar issues because these are expensive tires and everyone knows it.

Highly recommend Spurry's in Easton for tires and repairs. They aren't fancy, but well located, honest and quick. A bunch nice guys too!

We moved from out of state and had to get the safety inspection for our car in order to get a Maryland registration. We went through Spurry's for this.

We paid for the inspection but our car failed the inspection and we had to get a few minor repairs: normal, no big deal. You get thirty days or one thousand miles to get reinspected for free. If you go over those, you have to pay for another inspection. *Somehow* the gentleman at Spurry's wrote our mileage

These guys are great, no hassle service to fix a tire leak. They will swing in and out an inner tube no problem or get you a replacement tire if needed. Very fair and reasonable. Been many times and never disappointed.

Mike Spurry, his brother Brent & their team put the 'T' in top notch service. Not only did they wait for us to arrive and stay open late just so that they could replace our badly damaged tire - they had us back on the road within 20 minutes. They were efficient, honest, affordable & accommodating!
