Lady with the name Heather definately not deserves this job, she is a liar in all means - booked a load with the 11 am appt, driver arrived and was told our appt is for 11pm, she kept telling me they are backed up bla bla bla but the warehouse wasn't full as she said, those people clearly told my driver he has 11 pm appt and that's it, nothing about fullness but the main important thing is that she denied detention request just because we were unloading before 11pm. Such a clown, never again.

Broker named Heather, rude, unprofessional, horrid person to deal with.
Booked a load at 11:54AM with 110 miles of DH. Got there at 02:19PM was turned away from shipper they made us go back to shipper turned away again and then they decided to get us checked in and got loaded at 07:20PM by the time we got loaded we lost time to deliver the load at 6 AM at Walmart.
VP Brandon Bandlow was involved and kept talking non sense that they are not paying anything because we were dispatched at 11 AM? What they hell does that even mean I have a signed agreement that

The broker Heather is the worst human being you can deal with, she is extremely rude, she doesn't care about carrier relationship, she will advise that you tell your driver to drive illegal against the log book, other carriers keep dumping her load because of her unprofessional practice and business conduct.
Do not work with this Woman called Heather if you are so desperate to work with TTS Logistics

Horrible company to work with. Carriers stay away from this company especially Heather. After delivery they will cut your rate. See other companies review about them. They don't care about Carrier relationships that's why carriers dump their loads and then they get stranded. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Hands down one of the best company and team to work with! We have been working with Heather and her dispatch team for over a year now and have had no issues. The loads are super convenient!
