Office was clean and quiet. I took broken crown with me and they were able to repair it and glue it back on so I did not have to get new one! I am VERY happy! They are by far the best dentist. Their dental work is exceptional and we never had an complications that you hear about at other dental offices.

Jessica in billing is a nightmare to deal with. She is rude and argumentative.Completely incompetent at her job. I’ve been with the practice 8 years without any trouble, same insurance company for 8 years as well and she came up with nonsense charges that were not consistent with my insurance company coverage (which is covered at 100% for cleanings.) Even after sending her my explanation of benefits she lied and claimed they didn't apply to their practice. Which again I’ve been with for 8 years without issue. Many thanks to Dr. Jackowski who did an amazing job on a very complicated tooth that I didn’t think was salvageable. He took time to explain the procedure and continued to keep me informed of what was going on throughout the treatment. His assistants were kind and professional, too. Highly recommend Dr. Jackowski.

Excellent service. Very professional courteous and experienced. However also very expensive due I believe to high overhead. I was examined to replace my upper denture and was quoted $2000.00 and work would be completed in 4 visits. I could not afford this so I went to Aspen dental. I was quoted $500.00 and work would be completed in 2 visits. I then proceeded to have them do the work and as promised I received a perfect upper denture in 2 visits for the $500 dollar fee. Could not be happier with the results. If you do not have dental insurance Aspen dental is a great alternative.

I wish I could leave a 100+ star review. I love my dentist practice, and everyone who works here. Greeted with a warm welcome every time. I have serious dental anxiety and almost go into a panic attack each time I come in for a visit, Dr. Sperber always makes sure I am comfortable and checks on me frequently while there to make sure I am okay. I love my density and the dentist that is by my side as soon as I sit in the chair. ❤️ Thank you guys so much.

GREAT visit! First time patient there today and now lifelong patient. Kelly was so gentle, thorough in explaining everything she was doing and my teeth are super clean :) and I believe I saw Dr.mckinnley, he rocked too. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming as well. Office was clean and organized. Overall awesome experience :)! HIGHLY recommend this office :) Thanks for a great visit!

I need a crown fixed and called PFD for a possible appointment. I was astonished when the receptionists told me they could see me later that evening. Wow talk about making it convenient. I never had a dentist whose office did evening appointments.
I went in and after some initial checks had my crown fixed in no time at all. My insurance covered some and my copay was very reasonable. What a deal! The staff was very nice and the Dentist was awesome! I was relieved to know I had found our new Dentist office! Looking forward to my next visit.

This was my first trip to the dentist since moving to Charleston.
The experience here was great from start to finish. Walking in, as a new patient, I was greeted with a new patient board with my name on it (nice touch).
They proceeded to tour me around the facility which was amazing!
At every step of the way, I felt that making me feel comfortable was of the utmost importance.
The examination was one of the most thorough I've ever had. They took their time which I appreciated.
Overall, this place is a great place if you're looking for a new dentist!
