Industrial & Product Design, where he successfully executed product joint ventures in Europe and South America.
With over 40 years in the business, including running his own glass company and managing operations at Folding Shutter Corporation and other shutter companies, Gary brings a broad understanding of not only sales but the entire process from sales to installation. Had a pretty negative experience with one of the sales reps. I’ve been trying to get a free quote for a sliding hurricane glass door and accordion shutters for the rest of the house. The sales rep kept pushing back our appointment, finally after about 3 weeks of back and forth he came in to view our property.
He was so condescending with what he had to say, my girlfriend and I were shocked. Once he found out that we had a budget to work with (who doesn’t?), here’s what he had to say... “your neighbor is a lawyer, he just paid $12k for shutters”, “I have people waiting to write checks”

We had Castle install rolling shutters on 2 large windows in our A-frame. This was done more for controlling the sun rather than for hurricane protection. The process from initial contact to final installation was highly professional and staff kept us informed along the way. I highly recommend them and wish we'd done it several years ago!

We had the team at Castle Impact Windows/Folding Shutter corporation do windows and shutters for my mother in laws house last year. Professional from the very first meeting with their sales guy. He went over all of our options and made suggestions on what would be the best fit. The office team stayed on top of it and kept us up to date. It did take slightly longer then we had anticipated as the HOA she lives in can be quite difficult, but this wasn't a fault of Castle and they kept us informed the entire time. Highly recommend the folks over at Castle Impact Windows if you need your home protected

Long time area home owner in upscale area. Looking to replace 8 or more glass windows to IMPACT. Called Castle various times recently. Person spoke to could barely understand was very impersonal and not at all helpful. Didn't care to further help. Sorry' doesn't cut it. GC with wide range of business experience. Hire folks who have needed skills to do what's needed. Economics 101.
