Today I received a voicemail from Medicaid Legal Services telling me not to work my case. 100% unsolicited BUT enough to make me feel uneasy and uncomfortable as it came to my personal phone number.
I report these events, and in turn, I receive an email saying that: “If you had a CNA certificate you would have been reported for neglect.” Nice - a threat.
The company proceeded to tell me that I am lying: “I'm led to believe you have not been honest. You are not eligible to be rehired with us.”
When I am looking out for myself and my safety? Hilarious.
All counts, even events occurring

They don't know how to communicate with their clients. They would never call when their caregivers weren't coming, so it let my husband without someone to feed him. Then they discontinued their services because of problems. I never heard from them that they were having any problems with my husband. Everytime I called them, there was a screaming kid in the background.

I’ve been a caregiver for a little r&r for almost two years! my experience has been amazing! I’m so thankful that I was given a great opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives. I feel so accomplished when I leave my clients house knowing that I met they’re needs and that I put a smile on they’re faces. The staff in the office are so awesome to work with and so understanding. just such a great group of people who are on top of things.

I had hoped for a better experience. Poor scheduling, lack of mileage for shopping and errands. Zero benefits which I was aware of when I started but then I had to pay for my background check which they don't advertise. This is a review for those seeking to be employed. No pay for mileage for clients missing appointments. I did get one 10dollar Starbucks gift card. But spent 3 hours only to be paid for an hour and 30 min. drive time to get there. If you are looking for a part time job, just something to fill your time this may work for you. But if you are skilled don't do it. If you are new and

I have been a client of Little R & R for over two years. My experience has been very positive. My caregiver is very kind, courteous and attentive to my needs. The office staff has been very friendly, helpful and responsive. If you are seeking services, and want a Ferrari in lieu of a Pinto, I would highly recommend A Little R & R for your home health care needs.

I've worked at A Little R&R Home Care for more than two years, and I'm proud to work for a company with high standards for its clients and employees. Heidi and Brandy, along with the rest of the office team, work hard to make sure clients' needs are met appropriately and consistently. As an employee, I know that I can count on them to be positive and fair and supportive.
