The Chiropractic Adjustment or manipulation is performed exclusively by a Doctor of Chiropractic. The gentle thrust is delivered by hand, with an activator tool or Thompson Drop Table. This is performed to correct vertebral subluxation or a misaligned vertebral joint. The goal is to restore or enhance joint function, reduce pain, resolve joint inflammation and increase overall health.

The role of a chiropractor in prenatal care is to establish pelvic balance and alignment, not only to reduce the mother/baby discomfort but also to allow the baby to be in the best position for delivery. When the pelvis is misaligned it may reduce the amount of room for the developing baby to be comfortable and they may seek out a less than optimal positioning for birth.

Dr. Daniels and staff are truly amazing! I've been to many chiropractors over the years, and Dr. Daniels is by far the best I've been to. She clearly explains all the adjustments she performs, and has drastically improved my chronic back pain due to scoliosis.
Not only is Dr. Daniels a great chiropractor, but the overall experience at the office is great- easy and flexible scheduling, clear billing, and friendly faces all around. Additionally, the staff have consistently worn masks throughout the pandemic and all work equipment is properly sanitized, making it a comfortable and safe environment

I've been to multiple chiropractors on and off in Lexington since I was 12, but I hadn't been to anyone in a while and was looking for someone new. Just walking through the door the receptionist was extremely helpful, the office well-kept and consistently sanitized. I've seen both the chiropractors on staff both of which are friendly and easy to talk to. I've been going here for a few months now and definitely do not plan on switching.

Dr.. Daniels has been my chiropractor for 10 years, She takes time to evaluate my complaint, develop a treatment plan and perform the recommended intervention, and offers helpful information for home exercises and follow up. The office atmosphere is pleasant and the staff helpful and welcoming. As a health care provider, Dr. Daniels makes it easy to build a doctor-patient relationship - she is personable, and professional, and cares about her patients.

I would recommend them highly for anyone in need. This group has treated me with the upmost respect and compassion. The staff are all wearing mask and all of the equipment is cleaned off after every use. They explain the function and benefits of all equipment.
Dr. Daniels has broken through the glass ceiling by being the first and only black female chiropractor the area. She and her partner Dr. Swan are two of the most outstanding doctors and women in the Field of Chiropractic Care. They have improved my life dramatically.
