Brockamp & Jaeger, Inc. was founded in 1963 when John Brockamp and LeRoy Jaeger decided to build a company based on their mutual desire to excel in the delivery of construction services. In 1985, Terry Greenman became an active partner in the firm. Terry's contribution to the company includes educational, healthcare and industrial facilities, building on our solid experience with commercial and church projects. Services
Craig has worked with Brockamp & Jaeger, Inc. as an intern and joined the firm upon his graduation from Oregon State University with a degree in Construction Engineering and Management in early 2011. Craig has experience in estimating and bidding projects, developing value engineering options, analyzing constructability issues, creating project schedules, and project coordination.
We provide these services during early conceptual design to develop a scheme that will meet the owner's needs and stay within the project budget. Establishment of a preliminary design and construction schedule identifies milestones to be met by all members of the design team during the development of the project to keep the project moving ahead as planned.
Joining Brockamp & Jaeger in 1979, Terry became a principal in 1986 and majority stockholder in 1997. His reputation for quality work is based on years of successful construction projects for a diverse group of owners and clients.
