As a new customer with an urgent need to get my AC system running again after it just stopped working, I was extremely pleased to get the response I did today. We moved into our home 1.5 years ago and it came with an outdoor AC unit. This summer it started acting strange. With a call to Nowak HVAC, I not only got an appointment fairly quickly, but Chris did a fantastic job explaining everything about the unit and my homes current air-flow situation.
Thankfully we didn't need anything and the unit was simply strained from all this summer's needs. Which is another major point here, they inspected and didn't try to sell me something unnecessary. He told what how I can keep it running for a decent time, and that maintenance wasn't necessary right now.
