He has received over 18 IICRC certifications including Senior Carpet Inspector and Master Water Restorer. Mark and Charles were fast and thorough, polite, entertaining and intelligent. This carpet was here when I moved in 7 years ago. The previous owner had a dog and there were several large stains left behind. The carpets looks great and smells better than new. I hate the new smell. I will recommend you to everyone.

Marc and Eric are skilled at what they do and very courteous to their customers. Our very old carpet now looks new! They even had no problem coming back the next morning to fix a spot that wasn’t easily seen during the cleaning. Now that is customer service! I’ll definitely be turning to Len’s for other rooms needing to be cleaned in the future.

We had our air ducts cleaned and sanitized professionally today by Cody and Sage. They did an awesome job and were a pleasure to have in our home. The before and after pictures of our ducts were shocking! We did not know there would be so many cobwebs and dust in them. We highly recommend Len’s! Thank you so much!
