On a road trip from Chicago to LA
Had antifreeze leaking outside of Oklahoma City. Was able to talk with their service department and they got me in right away. Was in and out within a few hours.
Friendly staff; very welcoming and filled with good stories. I'm so blessed to have stumbled upon their shop.

ABOSLUTELY DO NOT BUY A USED BIKE FROM HERE. I bought a bike here in March, and a few weeks later it wasn't running right. I took it back and they "fixed" it by patching the carburetor diaphragms with super glue and not touching anything else. The only reason I know this is because it broke down 6 months later and now I'm having to shell out $800 to completely rebuild the carburetors. ABSOLUTE SCAM BETWEEN SALES AND SERVICE.

I'm from MN and was midway through a quest to visit every county seat in OK when a sizable lag bolt found its way into the rear tire of my 2012 GoldWing in Oklahoma City. Needing service in an unfamiliar market is always a little anxiety producing but from the moment I called Oklahoma Honda Suzuki I felt confident I was in good hands. They had a Dunlop E4 in stock and replaced it lickety-split! They also checked the oil, coolant, and pressure in the front tire.

So Honda Suzuki in Del City. A buddy had placed an order for a new 2022 Grom since March 21'. It's coming to august now. First they said June, then July, then august, now they're saying bike won't be here till September. Now he wants a complete refund because it's taking too long and he could've went to a different dealer in Oklahoma and gotten it a lot sooner. Now Honda Suzuki is saying in order to do a refund they would have to keep $300 for holding. Holding what?!? You didn't even have the bike to even charge a holding fee. Another reason why I don't buy any of my bikes from them. I'll make

Intentionally ran and warmed up my bike without oil out of uncalled for spite!.. Brought a bike in for recall work on the brakes.. Also had a bad water pump that I wanted to fix myself (Same w the recall work but they c/wouldn't just hand me the brake part) Because it had puked all it's oil after I discovered the problem, I told them I didn't want to leave the key for fear of someone starting it without oil. The guy behind the service desk insisted even after turning it to get the miles. Realizing later that the only reason he would want it is to hammer on the bike for being there

This is the absolute epitome of cycle sales in Oklahoma. Jeff, Shawn, and Ray are the most helpful and unbelievable sales team ever. No pressure. Excellent knowledge of the bikes. The most friendly and professional staff you could ever dream of. My wife and I traded in a bike that they gave us a super fair price on. Then we test drove a 2018 Honda CTX 700 and fell in love with it. Totally sweet bike that Shawn educated us on and sold it!! The sale was super quick and seamless from the desk to the shop. We love our Honda and we love our team. Don't be an idiot an go anywhere but Oklahoma Honda

I literally tripped across this business when out searching for a bike that I could ride. I'm no midget, but I'm not six and a half feet tall either, which limits the bikes I can ride comfortably. I decided to give this place a try because they have an Africa Twin on the showroom floor. I'd only seen it at a couple of places, which makes it kind of rare in this town being one of Honda's more expensive models.
