Very clean everybody there was really nice.
The doctor took his time explain things never rush through anything that’s a plus.
The young lady that did the blood work never felt a thing which is good for me. I would recommend The practice to friends and family my son is the one that recommended that I go there for the pellets his name is Jason Hammond

I'm a new patient and whoever works at the front desk was helpless. I called back because I received a call from Jill at Dr. Ditz office to set up or confirm an appointment. Called back and the first rep who answered the call seemed so lost after telling her what is the reason of my call. Suddenly, the call was disconnected. I called again and finally spoke to Jill, this lady is far worse and rude than the first rep I spoke with. First, she's rushing me to fill out a form online and while I'm speaking, her mouth is running too. I lost patience and cannot put up with poor service and such uneducated

My family and I just moved to the area and I needed a new doctor. I went in for my first visit and yearly physical. Dr. Ditz was thorough and took the time to answer my questions and concerns. He made some recommendations and set up a follow appointment to evaluate how things were going.
The staff is polite and helpful.

He was about one of the first doctors to actually sit down with me and talk about all the issues that were concerning to me. His approach to taking one problem at a time and then going forward from there was very much something that i wanted also. He also already new me before we met cause he actually read my chart, think about that one. Great doctor and very thorough.😊

Echoing what several other reviews have noted, the front desk is not helpful and seems unorganized to the detriment of patients.
As a new patient I scheduled a visit through their online portal for 2:00 PM today for both new impatient intake and to review a significant medical issue. I received a notice saying the request has been made.
I arrived around 1:45 as requested, I showed up to the office. After checking in, the front desk mentioned that I wasn't showing up as an appointment. When I showed them the email, they stated this was merely a request and they only "just had gotten" the information

Whoever the front desk person was I spoke to was completely unhelpful and according to her, Medfast does not accept any requests from this office, and per Medfast, they need requests from the doctor sent to them in order to run certain tests. Based on that alone, I’ll be switching to a different provider.

What a great office. I use to go to Suntree Internal medicine a few years ago and got tired of being rushed and nobody really listening to me. I switched to Dr. Ditz and have not regretted it at all. They did have a switch of some staff but to me, I think the change made the office better.
There use to be this tall, rude & loud person there, Dawn. She was always very curt & borderline rude on the phone but she was ok in person. After she left at the beginning of the year, the new office staff and nurses have been awesome. They will see me on the same day I call if I'm sick and very little wait
