CoolSculpting is a brilliant technology developed by Harvard scientists. Its clinically proven technology involves freezing fat cells without damaging skin. The treatment itself is very comfortable and completely non-invasive. Results are generally visible after 6 weeks of your first session, and additional treatments can be scheduled if necessary.
Thermage uses patented radio frequency technology to safely heat the layers of the skin to effectively promote new collagen growth while also stimulating existing collagen to create younger looking skin. Thermage has many different modalities and can be used for contouring and smoothing as well as for smoothing and tightening.

I recently moved to Arizona from Portand Oregon where I had been a client for 6 years. My experience had always been exceptional and I was nervous about going to a different spa. I had nothing to worry about! My initial consultation was professional, knowledgable and without pressure. My questions were answered and after a year without treatments due to Covid, a new plan was developed that met my goals and my budget. There isn't a better place to go to improve your skin and your self-esteem.

Every single person in this salon was not only accommodating, but considerate of the health codes in place for these strange times.
I went in for my first Botox treatment, and decided to finally do my lips as well with Juvederm. (Have been considering for years.) and I couldn't be any happier. Jordan is amazing. I will continue to utilize them for all my procedures in the future.

Had a treatment and was not excited about the results. I guess my skin is different. They asked me to return. I waited outside and had a terrible time w a homeless man harassing me.( not their fault) . I waited longer than expected to be seen. I left. The situation could have been handled so many ways and I appreciate they stepped up and helped. My results are far from what I expected. They offered to help and correct the outcome. Business’s don’t do that anymore . Much appreciated.

Really disappointed. Paid the most expensive price I have ever paid for botox at 15 dollars per unit. Had 44 units although quite harsh sales tactics were used to try and push me into buying 60 units.
I thought I would go ahead regardless as the place looks the part.
After 44 units I still have full movement and evident wrinkles still. Usually I only have around 20-30 and it lasts for ages and no movement, no wrinkles. I'm 36 and healthy so not too far along the aging process just yet so don't need much usually. However a month later its like I never even had any and it cost me dearly.

I have went to a few other places to have Botox and Fillers done for the last 8 years and , by far Pearl Med Spa is Top Notch !!! HANDS DOWN !!. From location, to staff to Theresa my injector and the ladies at the front desk !!!! Clean, friendly, professional and not stuffy! I highly recommend giving them a try.. Just went to Pearl Med Spa for my first time today. I was extremely impressed with the location, staff, services, and pricing. Ashley and the receptionist were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their services. This was the third place I had gone to for laser hair removal consultation and I knew instantly that this was the one. If you are in the market for laser hair removal or any other cosmetic services that they offer, I would highly recommend this spa!

I am updating since I did hear back from the business owner. The owner did seem apologetic for the experience I had with one of his employees and reached out to me after he read the review and heard what happened. He did what he could to make the situation back better for me. At the end, I did get my money back to the exact dollar was redeemed from me so I was satisfied there. As far as the experience I had with Stacy, that is just again, nearly unreal and nothing was done to make that better but I dont know if there is much to do since I would obviously not want to go back to the spa. I have been going to Pearl Medspa for about 5 years now with mixed feelings about them overall. The girls that work up front and doing treatments are so sweet and skilled at their craft however the customer service if a problem does arise is basically zero. Having spend thousands of dollars here it is disappointing that I don’t feel very valued as a customer and was treated poorly when I tried to get a treatment issue resolved.

Huge fan! I have been a member for a little over a year and love the monthly treatments and all the friendly faces. The gals at the front desk are always so great. Kelsey and Connie are the best! Just love them. Really everyone here is great. I have met Carol the owner and she is so passionate about what she does, it just radiates through her.
With the elite membership, I get a different treatment every month. Its a great way to try what you like best and then buy from there. I can add on different smaller treatments for free. They have great products that I now use and love the results. Extra

This spa is great! I've been going here for almost two years for a variety of treatments. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and will educate you on any procedure you are having done and can answer any questions or concerns you might have. They also recommend treatments based on your concerns and goals and I feel like they genuinely care about their patients. I would recommend getting their membership as you get a monthly treatment and discounts on different procedures for a reallyyyy good price.

Where I get all my injections, laser and facials done . I've been very pleased with everything I've ever had done here and it's been since 2008. Their always in training learning the latest techniques . Seriously it's constant. I love that. They've always been honest and up front about what it's going to take and how much. I'm given realistic expectations . I appreciate this teams knowledge and honesty. Their always doing charity for the community too. I started going here a few years ago. I popped in to check out their laser hair removal special they had going and so glad I did! They did such a great job with not only that (seriously never have to shave again!) but they have educated me on so many other services that truly have benefited me. Want bumpy, uneven, poorly injected lips? This is the med spa for you. When the swelling on my lips went down post-injection I was left with multiple bumps/bubbles on my lips and they are also uneven. I've been getting my lips done for years and I have never had a bad experience with other injectors. Do not trust the pretty offices and sales pitches; it is not worth having to spend a lot of time and money to fix botch jobs.

I'm so sorry I went there. I took a family member there to get Kybella. They talked her into "something better". While I was there I asked them about laser treatments for my neck and décolletage. They talked me into "something better" because gosh it would be the answer for me. I dropped 5k and got minimal results. I am not a stranger to getting treatments, infact the place where I usually go told me to get laser treatment in those areas... which I wanted in the first place. Instead of listening to me, they did a sales job on me.
