allow me to log in. Screen goes completely white and dead. Tried at least 10 times. Just going to echo the horror stories below, I lost $2400 to these fools in just 10 days at which point I cancelled. The only saving grace for me is I was able to identify how terrible they were (I am pretty good with analyzing incoming data) sooner than others did below, it certainly wasn't any cheaper for me however unfortunately. I certainly wish I would have checked them out here first before moving forward!

WordStream is a scam. You will overpay and by a lot. They charge a percentage on your total spend as well as a flat rate. Anyone that charges a percent of total spend is incentivized to spend more of your hard earned money. I learned PPC on my own. It took me a few hours. I have the same business as my brother. We sell the same products. I did Adwords by myself. He used WordStream. We had the same campaign and very similar Ad Group. I set my Ad Group up a year ago and haven't made any edits since. Terrible company and performance, but great salesman working you from day 1 to get that contract signed. Just checkout the Adwords screenshot I included. You can see that right when I started using Wordstream and following their algorithms' suggestions, and those of the consultant, COSTS SOARED HIGHER, and yet CONVERSION RATE PLUMMETED.
My 3 month contract ended and I canceled two weeks prior, which is 12 days earlier than I needed to, and yet they still charged me an extra month of fees and refused to refund me my money.

We were looking for a way to organize and make sense of our Google Adwords account. It had been managed by many different people over the years and needed an overhaul. We declined, they said they will continue with cancelation.
Next month rolls around and we have a charge for service, they say they won't cancel our contract anymore and will now offer a 40% discount to "help us out."
These are the kinds of business practices that lead to class action lawsuits, fortunately I'm in a family full of lawyers who love taking down corrupt companies.

A sales rep reached out to pitch using their software as a way to manage Google Ads. At the time we were evaluating ways to manage our Google Ad campaigns in house and thought WordStream was a great option. We have been very happy with the WordStream software. I paid for the 3-month contract BS and were suppose to have a "professional rep" to help with the software...2 months in my CPA went up and I'm overspending. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THEY WILL SALE YOU WHEN ONBOARDING then Afterward...They HAVE MANY MORE CLIENTS TO ONBOARD, you end up being lost in emails and not getting the proper help, even though you paid for their services. Wordstream allows you to improve PPC in an easy way. I loved the 20-minute work week, especially with Google Ads, as it is much easier to create, optimize and manage ads with Wordstream. Wish I had seen these reviews before blowing $1500 for the 3 month contract. Without Wordstream I only had sales via Facebook and after wasting money with these guys still 0 sales. When you're spending money to buy search results on Google but you get just as many organic results something is wrong. RUN don't walk away from these guys.

As a digital marketing agency, we use WordStream to help our PPC team effectively manage multiple client accounts and campaigns. The tools they offer have streamlined our workflow and really helped us improve Quality Score, reduce Cost Per Acquisition, and improve Conversion numbers overall.
Their interface is better than Googles, and that's saying something. I'd love to see Facebook integration continue to grow, as well as the addition of LinkedIn as a major ad platform, but ultimately I'd recommend WordStream to anyone looking to improve their PPC account performance.

I'm glad I didn't sign up for their services. I got a bad feeling after scheduling a demo with the sales rep. Called to cancel and got hung up on. I guess I should have just blown them off instead of giving them the courtesy of a phone call. Next time I'll check Yelp first, save me the frustration of dealing with a bad company.

I think is a horribly inconsiderate move for a company to conduct a phone interview, tell the interviewer that they've moved onto the next step of the process: a face to face group interview with the team, ask for the applicant's availability for the next week, not respond for almost a week, then turn the applicant down in a short email that barely explains anything. The email didn't even say that they had already filled the position and it doesn't make sense for a company to ask for availability then reject you.

This company is the embodiment of a business to business sales organization that will lie through their teeth and do anything possible to get you through the door. I was promised that I would be able to see results with 2k a month in AdWords and wouldn't have to continue if it didn't work. As soon as I got done with the sales guy the actual person who works on your campaign told me that it's their job to get you in and it's his job to keep you going....all while laughing. He told me I wouldn't see any real results unless I spent about 10k a month. Stay away from this company

WordStream has been a tremendous help with our online marketing efforts! I would highly recommend WordStream - you will save a lot of money managing your AdWords account yourself instead of paying a marketing agency to do it for you. We have had record sales since joining WordStream a few months ago while still keeping our AdWords spending dollars (budget) the same. It is incredible to see how easy WordStream makes it to increase your quality score, tweaking ads to increase performance, splitting out ad groups, adding negative keywords, etc. - the 20 minute work week is fabulous!! Agree 100% with Kirk. These people do not stop calling and emailing even after you ask multiple times to be removed from their marketing lists. If they cannot adhere to CAN-SPAM in trying to acquire customers then I would advise anyone against listening to their advice on marketing.
I would never trust a company trying to sell marketing and advertising advice that cannot respect consumers who do not want to be constantly contacted by their sales team.

I have tried to get removed from mails, calls, marketing from this company for 3 months and over a dozen requests. They do not adhere to any CAN-SPAM or TCPA rules. If you inquire with this company you will forever get emails and calls. Also, the advice that they provide is inaccurate and low-value. I have called and emailed.

Wordstream makes a lot of promises but doesn't perform at the high level of service they pitch you with. Once you get past the great salesman it's all downhill from there. One mistake after another then the bully of the office Kristin Yorardi calls to let me know my attitude was unacceptable and she will not tolerate the way I talked to the employees. She at least voided the $18,000 contract and gave a refund. I think the kicker was when I explained to her Wordstream ran an 8 second 40 yard dash out of the gate and the expectation was a 4.5.
