Flint River RV Park

This isn’t a terrible park. The owner works full time so you do have to just check in through the envelope system but he did contact us to make sure things were ok. Gravel and dirt roads. All sites are grass but the grass is nice. There are a few full timers but we didn’t have any problems at all. The play ground is tiny along with the pool but it’s November so no swimming for us. There is a huge park across from the exit of the RV park and it’s really nice. Bainbridge is amazing. Quant little town with friendly people. All in all would stay here again. Pull through and back in sites. Full

Called day before and 3 times day of check in. Finally answered and said to call her when we arrived. We did she didn't answer r.c
Instructions on wall said to pick a site and fill out envelope and deposit in slot
Cable didn't work. No map. No dumpster. No water to be seen.
Loud traffic noise.lots of permanents.
46 dollars lesson learnef.

This park is a dump. Roads in the
Park are full of holes grass needs to be cut, fence is down around the park and dogs are running free. Walk to the dumpster and a man was peeing beside it. Never will we camp here again.

Great place to bring the family. Good fishing, nice walking trail,plenty of boat slips.

Nice pool. But, putt-putt course is in disrepair and the lots made leveling the rv difficult. Also, traffic noise is constant.

We will not be back.
My family of five booked a long weekend after only looking at the campground’s website.
There is a reason there are no pictures.
The campground is really more of a run down trailer park.
The grounds were unkept (long grass, trash on the playground, trash and other abandoned items in campsites).
There are multiple permanent residents with tarped-up campers, vehicles missing windows, trash and junk piled up.
The owners were never there, and we waited a full 24 hours before the camp host was even able to check us in.

Nice place to be, pull thru for your trailer. Staff were more than nice and helpful. My wife and I are very pleased with our stay at Flint River RV Park.

Made reservations and told $25 a night for a tent site. Then charges $41 because they said it didn’t include electricity. The conversation on the phone was very clear that we wanted to make sure there was electric. We were told we could check in after 9 AM, no one was in the office. Went back at 11 AM, and still no one on site to check in with. It is not run like a business and they even charged me twice.

Oh my goodness! Lovely place!! We camped here for about a week in our 34'. All the amenities were very satisfactory. The laundry room was very nice and useful. I say this after winter camping. So if it was that nice in the winter,I can only imagine the spring or summer. I cannot remember the lady's name, but she and her husband were the owners. She was super informative,helpful and attentive!

Excellent and well managed campground with huge sites!! We stayed here during the recent drag boat races on the Flint River...just across the street. Great access to a beautiful city park with huge boating facilities. The owners of this park are very personal and make sure everything is in great order. We really don't travel this area much but will for sure go back and spend some time in this quaint little town and boat on the river, just to re-visit with these folks!! Excellent experience.
