My first time ever and I mean ever in a spa. I had an amazing experience. everyone there was very friendly, helpful, and attention to detail oriented. Melody did my mani/pedi an she did an amazing job. Very… friendly, funny, answered all my questions and made my first experience wonderful. My hands and feet look and feel absolutely fantastic!! Meagan was my masseuse and she did wonders for my back and legs! i felt like a new person when I left. She was very informative and asked a lot of questions before starting and made me feel very comfortable. Could not have asked for a better experience

I got an amazing massage with Janet - she listened carefully to my concerns and limitations and worked within them for the massage which was both relaxing and restorative. COVID 19 precautions were strongly in place and I felt safe throughout. The staff were all very kind from the moment I arrived until I left and made sure I was all comfortable and cared for all along.

I set up an appointment online for cut and color as I had family photos coming up the weekend after. I was a little wary of the online booking process, but everything seemed fine. I got a text confirming my appointment. The day before my appointment (a week later) they sent me a Covid survey and some other thing to fill out, so I thought everything was fine. 2 hours later I got another confirmation text. 10 minutes later I got a call telling me that my appointment was canceled. I explained that I needed an appointment before that weekend and the lady essentially said too bad, you're out of

I got a great cut and highlights from Dominique, and I'm going back soon for a spa pedicure. The staff is so welcoming! They follow COVID protocols to the letter, but unlike other places they still maintain a friendly atmosphere.
I left another salon because after COVID they got very strict and unfriendly, and a relaxed atmosphere is VERY important to me. You can be relaxed and friendly and still follow COVID protocols.

I spent the day getting a mani/pedi. Ashley and Erica go above and beyond to make sure your experience is relaxing yet fun -- and that you leave thrilled with the results. These women are all stars at what they do. They are friendly, easy to talk to, and very hospitable. I always feel like a friend when I leave an appointment.
As for the atmosphere -- you can go to other salons in the area and struggle to breathe from all the chemicals, or you can go (here) to a quiet salon that smells of rosemary and peppermint. It's a bit more expensive but worth it, if you ask me.

If you want to feel super luxurious without paying a ridiculous amount of money, this is the place for you. I recently got my hair cut by Natalie who was amazing and now I will never go anywhere else in Johnson City to get my hair done. I personally have never had a wax here but many of my friends have and they are always impressed (thats actually how I found out about this place!).

This place is Horrible!! Very Expensive and the Staff is Very Rude and will Argue with the Customers!! We brought almost $200 to them and they could've cared Less!! I'm Absolutely Friggin Furious about it and I didn't get a Discount or anything when I paid My $80!!! Come to find out the manager of the place knew about this Problem with the employees and has yet to this day done anything about it!!

I had a great experience at the Body Health and Mind Center for a massage. Kelcey was my massage therapist and she was beyond excellent. She made sure to ask me about pressure and my expectations for the massage, which was to relax and de-stress.
Kelcey was a good communicator and made sure the pressure was right and that I was comfortable. The room was adorable and had a heated table - it was divine. I was able to fully relax and enjoy my experience.
I would absolutely return; the staff was very friendly and the massage was perfection!

I booked my mom a massage and hair appt for mothers day here. Never been here myself, but they did not disappoint at all. From the phone call to book I could already tell they were hospitable. Not only did they complete the services I booked for my mom to a T , they also took their time. My mom is still glowing from her experience at this spa. I highly recommend coming here. Thank you ladies for making my mom feel like herself again. Means more then you know.

The body health and mind center makes it so easy to book appointments online or by phone. I visited this spa for the first time today to have the seaweed wrap. I was greeted as soon as I entered by a very friendly receptionist.
Savannah was the therapist that provided the seaweed wrap. Savannah was very nice, professional, and checked on my comfort level several times. With the seaweed wrap, you have the choice between a few different essential oils for the diffuser and lovely relaxing spa music is played in the background.
