Originally from Puerto Rico, Darlene is bi-lingual in Spanish and English. She holds her 2-20 property and casualty and her 2-15 life and annuity insurance licenses. She has lived and worked in Orlando since 2000. Darlene and her family attend the St Issac Catholic Church in Orlando and are very active in sports.

What an absolutely horrible and unethical experience I had with the Lee Rogers Agency. If insurance sales are historically slimy, this place takes the cake for shady business and deceptive practices. The company placed a policy for a property I owned, based on a better rate than competitors. Three weeks after the policy was in place I was told I needed to provide a new Home Inspection (Inspection was 13 months old) at my cost or the policy would be cancelled. Once I got the inspection, the insurance company cancelled the policy due to "issues with the inspection" (all stuff already shown on the

Lee is an awesome business owner and Elizabeth is a great manager. They have many different lines of insurance with lots of great companies that are available. The difference with Florida insurance group is that they really care about their clients and want to give them the best service and the best value. Nowadays it’s hard to find a company that is personal with you and actually cares. I highly recommend them and if I could give him more than five stars I would. I worked with Florida Insurance Group to buy homeowner's insurance. Usually insurance goes way over my head and I end up getting frustrated and suspicious that I am just being taken advantage of, but working with FIG they were able to explain everything out to me in a way I could understand and answered all my questions. They answered all my emails in a timely manner and made the whole process seamless and painless. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy insurance of any kind!
